1. The overall check-in experience was not good. The lights in the room came on inexplicably in the morning! The music in the room also reminded me of it inexplicably! Was woken up early in the morning. Feedback to the main station, only explanation without any apology! 2. There are bedbugs in the room, which is common this season. They say that bugs cannot be avoided! It's not like it's their problem. Why! This service! 3. One of the dishes ordered for the room meal was cold and unpalatable, and no satisfactory solution was given after feedback! Overall stay was not satisfactory
