"The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Love the interior design! Staff are very friendly, there is no lift, but the kind staff helped me carried my huge suitcase all the way up to the 3rd floor. It’s be even better to have a kettle or hairdryer in the room. Had a comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Rotterdam! Thanks for the lovely stay!"

The location is helpful and walkable distance to the metro but it’s confusing to find without directions. The spa pool was closed during our stay unfortunately bringing the amenities down since that was a main attraction. Appreciate the helpful staff."

Love the cosy living room😍, delicious breakfast, door openings with GOKI app👍🏻, our stay felt very safe (we even saw 2 families with young teenage children), a lot of services available (optioneel to use a shared kitchen, bike rental, walking tours, free option to use a safe, good wifi, power with each bed, happy hour🍻 and severe beers on tap). And not to forget: The location couldn’t be better!! Definately we Will come here again!!🤩"

"My experience at the café at Hotel Ame was unfortunately disappointing. The staff was rude when I opened my laptop after I had already ordered food and drinks. I was told I wasn't allowed to work on my laptop at the table I was sitting at. I was only allowed to work at another table, but not on the day I visited the café (even though it was a weekday morning). I didn't bother anyone else with my laptop, as it wasn't busy at all. I only intended to check my email. But then I was rudely told again that they wouldn't argue with me about it and that these were the house rules. I understand there are house rules, but in this case, they were very vague and not clearly stated. I was a paying customer and didn't bother anyone with it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others due to the lack of hospitality and customer service."
