"Had booked this hotel with the main reason it had a swimming pool. Upon arrival we asked where the swimming pool was and the receptionist mentioned 'the swimming pool is closed' without any further explanation. There are many other similar hotels that have a riverview in Rotterdam but we selected this one because of the pool, we could have selected any other hotel for less money without a pool. This was very disappointing, even though the receptionist was vey kind she had no idea how important the pool was to us. Won't be back any time soon, there are many other good hotel around that area that have riverview rooms."

An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling "not needed" and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances."

"This hotel is large and clean, and it even offers free laundry and drying services. The front desk provides complimentary milk and coffee, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with everything you need nearby, from restaurants to supermarkets. Rotterdam Central Station is just across the road, which is super handy. I accidentally left my slippers at the hotel, and the front desk immediately helped me mail them back – I'm really grateful for that! When I arrived, they even allowed me to check in early since a room was available, which was incredibly nice of them."
