Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Noisy Environment The location of H3 Hotel Rotterdam City Center is good, with plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance. However, the surrounding area can get extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. The lobby was dark, dirty, and had an unpleasant smell, giving a terrible first impression. The room was even more concerning. As shown in the attached photo, I found what appears to be a bed bug on the bedding. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards. A convenient location means very little when basic cleanliness and comfort are lacking. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance

The room toilet has got a very very bad smell. The staff came to help, but unfortunately the smell came back again.

Beautiful view, I really love it 🥰 It’s such a peaceful and amazing place, the view is absolutely stunning! ❤️

Room was good, but overall hotel reception is bad, took time for checkin

Not explained at check in was: only change of daily towels but not daily housekeeping nor vacuuming so go back to an uncleaned room daily if more than one night. Sink in bathroom does not work and not rectified even after staff was in room to witness it. Hotel adopts a cat in reception and lobby ground area

I’m sorry,Iv read the reviews after I booked and was terrified, but I loved the hotel, I loved the location, the hotel itself was good, yes they have a few policies, €50 deposit( you get back no problem), the 15:00 check in( if that’s there policy then live with it)I said there for 3 nights over a weekend and will honestly be back, I do t know why so many bad reviews
