"This was my second stay, and I extended my stay for another day because of the warm service from Xiao Ye and her colleagues at the front desk. The hotel lobby is grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the robot that delivers items to guests is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good, and parking is convenient, making it perfect for those traveling by car. Pet-friendly. Ideal for those who value quality. Highly recommended."

"The owners were very welcoming, and the courtyard was kept very clean. The owner's wife was squatting on the ground pulling weeds; you could tell the couple took great care of the place. The small, pink room was exactly my wife's style. Even though it was our first day and not yet check-in time, the owner made us two cups of coffee and recommended some good restaurants nearby. In the evenings, you can have tea with the owner in the courtyard and listen to him tell stories about the people and experiences he's had running the guesthouse. The owner also has a slow-to-warm-up little dog named Bean Sprout."

"Absolutely blown away! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. First off, the facilities are incredibly modern and smart. The smart toilet is even more advanced than those in other hotels, and the public restrooms have auto-changing toilet seat covers, which is a great touch for hygiene and peace of mind. The kettle is also custom-made to automatically refill and boil mineral water. The room itself is huge, and the two 1.8-meter beds are perfectly adequate for a family of three. Plus, having two sinks means no fighting over the vanity! Secondly, the service is excellent, truly five-star standard, and the breakfast is also very generous. The biggest surprise was at checkout when the front desk lady even gave us a complimentary souvenir. All I can say is: amazing, amazing, amazing!"

"Honestly, Yi Yao Hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at recently. I booked it on a whim, but it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel looks very new overall, with a tasteful and durable design. The room is spacious and not cramped, with all facilities in place, including air conditioning, hot water, and toiletries, all very easy to use. The cleanliness is a major plus; the room was impeccably clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were brand new, without any odd smells, making for a very reassuring stay. The service attitude was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and polite, handled check-in quickly, and promptly helped with any small issues. The breakfast was also substantial, with a good variety of home-style dishes that were both filling and delicious. The hotel is generally quiet and not noisy, and the price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both tourists and temporary stays, truly a worthwhile choice for everyone."

They were always ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. Breakfast was also provided. When night fell, the courtyard lights created a beautiful ambiance. There's a terrace where you can enjoy the breeze, which was very pleasant. P.S. Kalajun is absolutely stunning, and the town itself has a wonderful vibe. I'll always remember the sunny Tekes!"

"The location is convenient, tucked away in an alley near an intersection (the alley is a bit narrow, but thankfully our 7-seater SUV drove in smoothly). The courtyard can park about five cars, and the owner is very thoughtful, picking us up at the alley entrance. It's very close to the Tai Chi Temple in the city center, about a ten-minute walk, and not far from the ethnic-themed pedestrian street. The owners are very welcoming; seeing we had children, they even stir-fried some rapeseed grown in their yard for breakfast for free—it tasted great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was also very clean, and the bathroom had disposable toilet seat covers. Hot water was readily available!"

"The problem was solved quickly. The manager and the boss have a very good personality. One is enthusiastic and forthright, one is sincere and calm. I can feel that I am running this homestay with my heart. I hope to have the opportunity to come again. The decoration of the room is exquisite and elegant, the boss is very aesthetic, very beautiful French style, the hotel has prepared a lot of fruit snacks, as well as Xinxuan and Qiong Kushtai map, there are many books about Xinjiang in the room. There are also dry and wet slippers, and there are plugs on both sides of the bed. It is too detailed. It is a healing thing to live in such a cabin under the cedar stream of Joan Kushtai. The afternoon I arrived, I unfortunately encountered a cloudy day, I didn't experience the forest picnic, but I saw the pink sunset, and the yurt in the distance was smoky. To be honest, it is too in line with the imagination of my heart. At night, the stars are full of sky, and there is no neon noise in the city. The day after the rain, I am very grateful to the staff in the store for our special arrangement of the forest ”morning tea” the next day. The sun slanted from the tree, the table was full of flowers and fruits and tea, and the stream was floating. The sound of the wind and water in nature was particularly clear. The boss was very serious and kept squatting next to us. He said that the landlord's cow would come and grab our melons and fruits. When we left, the store manager easily lifted our two boxes and sent us to the parking station. Panshan Road and mud made me come with suspicion, but fortunately I met them sincerely."

"Wenzhou International Hotel is of guaranteed quality and has very good service. The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean. But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good. I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it."
