"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"The hotel ambiance and room were alright. The location is close to many restaurants. Overall, it was okay. To the receptionist: please learn to answer guests more politely and remember to smile so that your service doesn't create discomfort. This is just a suggestion, accept it or not, it's fine (but don't let one unfriendly person deter other guests from returning. "Good friendly service, happy to get free selecta tour... But the lacking hotel facilities on the trip and at the hotel why are they a bit different? There should be 3 beds, but there are only 2 singles... Finally had to add another bed and more costs. Please be able to synchronize between what appears in the application and what is actually at the hotel, it should be the same."

"2 separate buildings, it's a bit troublesome to get from reception to building 2 carrying suitcases. The view on the 4th floor is cool. It's really cold at night"

"Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel."

"The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked. For the staff service is okay. Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious."
