"It's a relatively new hotel in Kota Kinabalu. However, for such a modern hotel, they still use traditional keys for room access, which is quite inconvenient. Basic toiletries are provided. For stays of up to three days, housekeeping does not clean the room; only bath towels are replaced. The air conditioning was excessively cold for the first two days, but by the last two, even set at 21 degrees, it felt like it was just blowing natural air with no cooling effect. Unfortunately, there's a foul-smelling ditch right next to the hotel, and the stench is immediately noticeable as soon as you step outside."

"Booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom sea view room for four nights during the summer, and it was absolutely incredible value for money. It also included breakfast for four, but the breakfast was quite average, so I only had it for two days before deciding to eat out. The room offered views of the sea and planes landing. It was genuinely great; the room was incredibly spacious, equipped with a microwave, plates, cutlery, and a large round table perfect for enjoying takeout. There's a small rooftop pool, but it gets too crowded for actual swimming, though it's perfectly fine for kids to splash around. To sum up, avoid booking the basic room types here. If the one-bedroom or two-bedroom options are well-priced, go for them without hesitation – you absolutely won't regret it. The location is also unbeatable; Sugang Department Store and Zheston Pier are just a short walk away."

"It's very close to Tanjung Aru Beach and also conveniently located near Durian Street. However, it doesn't seem to have its own private beach. The double bed we booked was just right for our family of two adults and two children, and the bed itself was very spacious. We had booked breakfast for two, and upon seating, we were guided to a table and needed to sign for the number of diners. Our two children, aged 6 and 11, were not charged for breakfast! The Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk also didn't charge us a deposit! That was fantastic! However, avoid the Japanese restaurant next to the main dining area – it's a complete rip-off! We spent over 400 for what was essentially pre-cooked teppanyaki."

"Always a good experience staying here. Really space full and clean. The bed so comfy and room so good and cold. Perfect for weekend hotel vacation. Looking forward to come back again next week. Hopefully get the same room again. Parking quite full on Sunday. But luckily I'm checking out on Sunday. Everything is good 😊👍"

"Everything is good. The infinity pool is not big but not crowded. I saw a clean pool but the water quality is not particularly clean, so it's okay. Although it is far from the city center, there are many restaurants around. There is a small shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. There is a Kolo Mee near this hotel. Compared with others, I think it is quite OK"

"Room is okay, has a fridge and nice view. The rooftop swimming pool has a great view of the sunset. The location is near the Imago shopping mall and night market (short walk). The WiFi is spotty and went out a couple times. I would’ve given better rating if the staff allowed me to check in early."

"How to check in: When you enter the first floor, there are mailboxes-> Find the mailbox number you received a message for in advance, enter the PIN number, and turn it to open-> Take the key key and put it on the elevator card key, press the floor number, and check in I read a review that said there were bugs and the room condition was very bad, so I prepared myself mentally and visited, but I was so, so satisfied There were two king-sized beds in two rooms, and one bathroom was in the room and one was next to the front door The ocean view was pretty because it had a large window, and the construction site was visible, but it was okay ㅎㅎ The dining table was also large, and there was a washing machine and detergent provided👍🏻 There was only one dryer, but it was very windy + There was a full-length mirror and a large refrigerator The downside is that the bathroom drain smelled like water, so it smelled musty ㅜ A shower filter is a must!! The filter got black in one day ㅠㅠ We stayed for two days, and there were only four large towels for four people, so we used them after drying and washing them ㅠ ℹ️ No bugs and cleanliness Each room is spacious, and there is a large dining table in the living room, so it is good for couples to stay together And there was a convenience store on the first floor, which was the best🫶🏻✨ After checking out, I lost my ring, so I asked if I could go and look for it while cleaning, and they kindly said it was possible, and the host said they would call me and contact me when they found it🥹 I was touched,, There is a pier for the Sapi Island tour (5 minutes on foot), and famous local restaurants such as the Filipino Market nearby, so it is a perfect location for traveling🧡🧡"

"The location is great. There's the Cheshire Oaks Pier downstairs, making it convenient for island hopping. It's a 10-minute walk from Gaya Street, making it convenient for eating and drinking. There's a hotel in the same building, just on a different floor. There's a public swimming pool and bar upstairs, so if you don't want to go out, you can just relax in the building. The overall value for money is very high."
