"Location in downtown Baltimore was excellent, a block from the Convention Center, across the street from a subway station and 2 blocks from a light rail station - subway runs east-west ( including the Inner Harbor) and light rail runs north-south for over 40 miles with 1/2 hour direct connection to/from the BWI Airport. - one way tickets on both are $2.  My corner room on the 9th floor was spacious with good views. I had business all afternoon in the area with no car - when I asked if I could check my luggage 4 hours before check-in time, they actually checked me in then and there and gave me my room key at noon.  The lobby is elegant and the the room rate was very reasonable for a downtown location hotel."

Revival Baltimore

"The good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food.  The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher."

"We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait."

"Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. Compared with other four seasons, the obvious feeling is that the sanitary preparations are slightly inferior. There is actually a dead ant under the pillow. There are mosquitoes in the room, 16th floor, I really don't know where to come... Oh, the breakfast environment is also very good, overall good, recommended!"

"The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else."

"The Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties."

"Nice place to stay. Clean and comfy. Elevator had an issue. Think it was more of an issue for staff than guests — staff member had to “call” elevator for guests and select floor guests for some strange reason were unable to do so. Other than that a wonderful place to stay!!"

"It meets Marriott's usual standards. Parking is in the parking lot next to the hotel. There is a dedicated skywalk from the 2nd floor of the parking lot directly to the 3rd floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. We chose to park by ourselves, which is much cheaper than valet parking."

Daily Mandatory Charge includes: Tourism Improvement District Assessment In the heart of downtown, near Baltimore Harbor, Harbor East, Little Italy, and Fells Point. The Convention Center and Oriole Park are just 5 minutes away, and there’s great dining right outside our doors. If you need suggestions on local favorites and must-see spots while you’re here, just ask our friendly staff.

"Staying in this dangerous city was unsettling. Parking is across the street, and the overnight fee is $25. The front desk was generally friendly, but the free breakfast was minimal. The luxurious ocean view photos on the homepage don't reflect the hotel at all, so be prepared. The free coffee at the wet bar was delicious, though! The room was very clean, but it had an expensive alarm clock that was incredibly frustrating. The previous guest had set it to 6 p.m., and it kept going off, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. The soundproofing on the windows was also mediocre, and the roar of cars was a constant. The supermarket chain here suggests the city's overall affordability and wealth are low. The crime rate is reportedly quite high. I recommend stopping by for seafood; there's no need to stay here!"
