The apartment "Strandmupfel" is locates in the apartment-complex Ferienpark Sierksdorf on the first floor in the balkony-houses direktly between the Hansa-Park and the Baltic Sea. From the apartment you have a beautiful view at the Lübeck Bay. The beach is only 50m away, and just 100m to the left lies a dogbeach, where dogs are allowed all year round. Between Oktober and March dogs are allowed on nearly every beach at the bay. At the beach, you can rent a beach basket during the warmer months. An own parking spot is available during your stay.The Hansa-Park is only 5 minutes by walking away. You can reach several grocery shops within 5 minutes using a car (Sierksdorf and Neustadt). This is a Non-smoking apartment. Making a barbecue is forbidden inside the whole complex.The 3-room apartment "Strandmupfel" was partly renovated during winter 19/2020. Up to 6 people can spend their holidays here. The apartment has two fresh renovated bedrooms, one with a queensized bed (160cmx200cm) and one with a bunk bed (90cm x 1,90m). In the livingroom, you can find a sofa bed in a smaller queensize (140cmx200cm) and a dinnertable for up to 6 people.The fresh renovated kitchen is fully equipped.You have to bring your own towels, sheets and pillow/blanket cases. If you wish, we can give you a travelbed and a chair for a small child for the time of your stay. The travel bed can only be placed in the living room due to space issues. The apartment is not child-save. Do not leave your younger children unattended, we do not bear liability.If you bring a dog with you, we suggest a maximum of 4 people in the apartment. Guests from the LGBTQ+ Community are welcome.During the following times, we have to ask you to pay a visitor's tax seperatly at the beginning of your stay:1. Januar -30. We hope that you will not miss anything and you will experience the sea, with all your senses - just a few steps and you will feel the sand under your feet.Our apartment has about 66 square meters of living space. The living room has an open kitchen and therefore a lot of space for sitting (at the table), comfortable in the XL armchair or the sofa, which is extendable another comfortable sleeping place for 2 persons.In the kitchen you will find everything you need to have a certain level of comfort. (Eg dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc.)The bedroom is a place of peace and comfort, although even here the technology did not stop and you can watch TV from the bed.The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wc, heated towel rail, a sink and offers enough space even for two.Both the living room and the bedroom lead to the covered terraces (24qm). There you will find in the summer a quiet zone to watch the beach and relax by the sea noise. The orientation is east.Your car is safely in the underground garage at the house and you reach from there with the elevator the apartment on the ground floor.Via a staircase you reach the beautiful beach section, which is not so crowded, since the central happening is about 500 meters away.The road: On the slope leads parallel to the sea and you look from there to the Lübeck bay: in the west Haffkrug, Sirksdorf, Neustadt and in the east Timmendorf, Niendorf and Travemünde. You live in a very neat, modern and quiet house.In the morning, a small 'Trimm-Dich Parkour' invites you directly at the stand for early sport and the next baker is also very close.Scharbeutz is currently very much in the 'Aufwind', as in the immediate vicinity of the beach new cafes, restaurants and shops were established.Scharbeutz is alive and offers a varied program for young and old, and by bike you have the possibility to reach your next destination in the water.If you want to experience the happiness of the earth on the back of the horses, you have the opportunity to gallop over the dreamlike East Sea beach and green forest and meander landscapes in Travemünde on the Priwall.From May 2015 we can offer you a beautiful spot in Nieblum auf Föhr.
