"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, as the actual conditions were nowhere near what was shown in the photos. The room and overall facilities clearly needed more maintenance and improvement. The only positive thing was the location. The staff was also friendly, polite, and communicative throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, mainly because the actual conditions were very different from what was presented online."
