It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Location of the hotel is very convenient with lot of restaurants around and near Sendai station. It is more a self-service hotel with room keys be obtained via a auto machine while car parking is operated separately but the parking staffs are nice and efficient. Room is spacious and comfortable with two kinds of pillows for your choice. As the hotel is situated on the Main Street, it is a bit noisy. The most irritating thing of the hotel is the lift setting, no matter you are going up or down, the lift must stop at the reception floor, the staff have to greet the guests whenever the lift door opened, it is really unnecessary and wasting the guests time.

Everyone was very surprised when we checked in this time. The room was very big and the front desk service attitude was very good. Although I couldn't understand the language, I could feel the lady's attentiveness. The location is a five-minute walk from Sendai Station. It's very convenient for shopping and dining nearby!
