"Breakfast was fulfilling
It was crowded, but I was able to eat smoothly.
There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby so it was easy to use.
It would be better if the bath was a little bigger"
"Basic hotel consider cheaper in Sendai but somehow felt a bit seedy environment though pretty close to the station and shopping streets. Rarely see any staff around. No water in the room or anywhere else."
"Staff is friendly, polite, and helpful! The overall experience is good. But the shower curtain or something there smells awful! I hope they can fix that."

"There is a hotel with a very high C P value that comes with breakfast. The location is also very good and the rooms are also good.
You can also accumulate the number of stays, so it’s recommended for travelers who don’t necessarily want to stay in a luxury hotel!"
"This hotel, Dongheng, not expensive, the room is not big, but feels at ease, intimate, walking seven or eight minutes from the station, very convenient, breakfast is not rich but enough, very good."
"The hotel is located in the heart of Sendai, a few minutes from Sendai Station. The waiter has a good attitude and the details are better. The shortcoming is that the sound insulation of the room is too bad. Some people in the corridor can speak clearly. The noise outside the hotel can also be heard. The shading of the curtains is not good. The air conditioner lights are too bright and do not sleep well at night."
"The room is large and suitable for family accommodation. The parking lot is free parking. The disadvantage is that the traffic location is not good. No on-site personnel need to log in to the tenant data. The process is cumbersome and not suitable for the elderly. In addition, because it is a pet-friendly facility, it is not recommended if you mind."

Great
GGuest UserThis hotel is located not far from the JR Sendai station, even closer to the local subway line. To get to the hotel is a very fast manner exit the station via West 2s, you will see the mall Parco 2 right across. Walk towards the mall enter the it then go down to 1st floor exit through the Hawaiian burger place, then you will see the famous morning market. Go through the market then turn left, the hotel is just on your right hand side. Hope this helps, enjoy while you’re in Sendai!
IIampareGreat location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
FFoshA stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.
WWaranyaWe love the location of this hotel, close to all shoppings, foods and Train Station. Great amenities, nice onsen eventhough a bit old style. If we come back to Sendai, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks for the nice stay.
GGuest UserConvenient location where JR station, subway stations are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of local delicacies. I like the public bath too despite room a bit small but the layout is good that u have enough space to open your luggage. Free coffee at lobby.
Ddarbz89Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
DDDubHotel was very clean. Pretty good breakfast from 7-10 with 9:30 being the latest seating. I suggest buying the vouchers before the day of to save a bit. Hotel has one small washer/dryer which came in really handy. Front desk gives change for that. If you ship your luggage via Yamato, front desk is nice enough to call your room to let you know it arrived. Very convenient location to open fish market, convivence stores, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.
GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it felt a little far away.
If you use the subway, I think it's convenient because there is a Tozai Line station nearby.
It was also convenient because there was a convenience store nearby.
Unfortunately, the shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.
The bed was a triple room, and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without having to fight with my child who usually sleeps with me, so I was very grateful.
The price was reasonable and I was able to relax.
I was interested in the shampoo bar, but I think it would have been more helpful if they had explained it to me at check-in.
I didn't really understand it, so I noticed it at check-out and I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to try it.
Due to my schedule, I only had a room-only plan, but the food looked delicious, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.
GGustavo TozzoIn complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change.
Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of ”fresh” paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
