仙台駅東口から徒歩7分ほど。地下鉄の宮城野通駅の方が近いものの、地下鉄のホームが案外深いので、所要時間で考えると大差ない。よって仙台駅からわざわざ地下鉄に乗って宮城野通まで行かなくても、普通に徒歩でのアクセスがいいのではないかと思う。 チェックイン時にルームキーの他にプラスチックカードを渡され、部屋にいない間も電力が供給され、エアコンがずっと使用できるように配慮してくれたのだが、滞在してこの理由がわかった。南側に面する少し広めの部屋だったのだが、通りを挟んだ向かいが高層マンションのため日中に日が差さない。そしてエアコンの性能の割に部屋が広すぎた。つまり部屋が寒いということだ。就寝時にはエアコンの音もかなり気になるので、エアコンを切って寒さに耐えるか、エアコン（と冷蔵庫）の音を我慢するか二者択一。 部屋の広さに対して、なのかもしれないが、照明が少なめ弱めの印象。滞在したのが低層階のフロアだったので、高層階の改修されているフロアだとエアコンや照明の性能も違うのかもしれない。 朝食は7時スタート。そしてこの時間帯は人が*到し動線が混乱しがち。少なくなった料理はきちんと補充されるのだが、多くの人がスケジュールの都合上この時間に食事をとらざるを得ない様子で結構*気立っている。食にどん欲な大陸の人民団体客が来た日には恐ろしいことが起こりそう。8時ごろに朝食をとるとかなりゆったりできるので、小さな子連れの家族などはピークをずらした方がよさそう。 館内に電子レンジや自動販売機が（多分）ないという点だけでなく、レセプションやレストランのスタッフの接遇のよさが、線路の向こうのAとかTとかのビジネスホテルとは違い、シティホテルなんだなあと思う。

Not a good choice if you're a wide-space person. I think it definitely got everything you'll need. Everything is clean and tidy. Easy checkin and out. Staffs are nice and helpful as well. Got a convenient store on its ground floor (FamilyMart). 5minutes straight walk from Sendai Station. Great value for you money!
