This is very convenient for travellers with larger luggage. We had two 30mins luggage and had no problem roaming around the room. The amenities provided here is of better quality as well. Feels nice to the skin. It was New Year’s Eve yesterday and the hotel prepared soba noodle for everyone. Felt so warm after a long chilly day in Sendai! Overall. Great stay!"

"The hotel was very nice and extremely clean, but the front desk service was very poor. We booked through Trip, and when we presented four passports, they questioned why there were four people when the reservation showed only three. We told them to check the booking details sent by Trip first, as we clearly booked for three adults and one child. Later, they apologized, but their attitude and facial expressions were still unpleasant."

She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient. The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai."
