Hot Spring Hotels in Sendai

The hotel thoughtfully arranges round-trip transfers from the station and a warm welcome in the lobby. The open-air bath faces the Hirose River, which makes bathing in the hot springs feel leisurely. The indoor bath is spacious and luxurious, and you can enjoy the snow scenery outside the large bright glass window. The warm yukata jacket is comfortable and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast for one stay and two meals are all buffet, and the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and are simple and delicious. A variety of handmade coffees, teas, wines and snacks are provided in the lobby leisure area. You can taste them quietly and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. You will not feel bored if you are active in the hotel all day long. It is a hot spring hotel worth a return visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations; everything was excellent. Upon entering the lobby, the staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. The room felt like a cozy Japanese home. After dinner, as soon as I entered the room, the staff had already laid out the tatami mats and provided hot green tea. I was also very satisfied with the onsen (hot spring bath). The changing area was clean, and there were many pools to choose from, both large and small, as well as a private tub. There was also a sauna, which remained open until 1 AM.

Wonderful hotel. This isn't my first time staying at a hotel in this chain. They have a lovely small onsen, a varied breakfast, a pillow menu, and an evening welcome cocktail.

Considering the food and drinks (including alcohol) that are free, the value for money seems high. However, even though we booked as a couple, there were only two large yukatas provided... I wish they had been a little more considerate.

Free soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do note that the budget single rooms do not have private shower. They expect you to go to the public baths and onsens on the 3rd floor, which is a great experience. There are indoor, outdoor onsens as well as a sauna. They provide free ice cream and probiotic drinks outside the bathing area. You also get free Ramen for late night snack, which is Dormy inn's signature. The breakfast options are sufficient and tasty. Location is good, very near Sendai station. For the price point, I think this is a very good property.

Very historical hotel, but unfortunately the surrounding area is too desolate, there is no scenic spot that can be reached on foot, there was originally a cherry blossom road, but the trees were also cut and replanted. Should not come again

A very satisfying stay! The transportation was convenient, and the hotel's onsen (hot spring) environment was beautiful and comfortable. The dinner buffet was very rich, and I ate a lot of king crab. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The service was great, the hotel was very decent with a nice garden and hot spring. We were unable to use the outdoor hot spring due to maintenance, but the hotel gave us cash coupons as compensation. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of varieties.

The first self-driving tour, I chose Akiba because it is very close to the center of Sendai in about half an hour, and you can enjoy the hot springs and natural landscapes.
