"While we enjoy everything about the hotel, and it is super convenient next to Sendai JR Station, our check-in experience hasn't been good. The staff can understand and speak very limited English, even with google translator, it is difficult to communicate with them. The room may be small but it is rather comfortable. It also took us sometimes to locate the hotel as we got out from the JR station's North exit, but once on the street, the hotel is very visible."

My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese.
