3-Star Hotels in Sendai

Although the room was small, it was very clean and had everything I needed. Toiletries could be picked up on the first floor. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, as there's a surface parking lot right across the street. It's also close to the morning market, and there are various fresh rice balls (onigiri) sold right next door in the mornings.

It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.

Nice food and onsen Hotel a bit far from station so better stay when you have a car. - Room is average, small like usual Japanese hotel. - Breakfast is good and beef stew so good. - Free night soba, i feel like each prefecture have different soba style, Sendai have more fresh and tlil tangy soup. - Onsen is what I love the most, cause they have outdoor area too. In the cold weather is so relax. Also there 7-11 nearby by driving and many good restaurants. Front desk is average but staff at restaurants is lovely. BIG NOTE: Sendai has one of the most beautiful Sakura 🌸 in Japan, wish the traveler come here for it and dont stick at only Tokyo. Even sakura at the station is lovely but at the park is the best!

The hotel is within walking distance from Sendai Station, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. It's also right next to the morning market, where there's a popular oyster restaurant.

VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

Stayed one night in the main building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. Our package included both buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. At check-in, guests are asked to select their preferred dining times. Since the restaurant can get quite busy, I recommend choosing the earliest slot for a more relaxed experience. The onsen facilities were decent and provided a chance to unwind. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze. If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel. The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.

I was a bit worried because the price was so low, but it turned out to be a great hotel with good access and it was clean for the price. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned. All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.
