3-Star Hotels in Sendai

The hotel was renovated last year, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-lit, with enough room for two large suitcases. There's a self-service refreshment area (note the opening hours) that offers coffee, soft drinks, and surprisingly, nostalgic snacks and ice cream. Basic toiletries and skincare products are available for guests to take freely, and they even thoughtfully provide daily essentials for babies and children. In summary, aside from the hotel's location being a bit far from the JR station (about a 10-minute walk), there are no other drawbacks. There's a convenience store near the hotel; just head out towards the parking lot and cross one road.

This Dormy Inn is by far the best one we've stayed at in Japan! The room felt slightly larger than the standard Dormy Inn basic room types, and the highlight was definitely the multiple outdoor onsen baths available (usually there's just one). It was fantastic to try out all the different ones in rotation. The service was also excellent. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way, situated between Sendai city center and Matsushima Coast (a 25-minute walk from JR Nakano-sakae Station, or a 5-minute taxi ride costing around 1000 JPY). Other than that, there are no flaws, and the Ctrip group purchase price was an absolute steal. Plus, the Kirin Beer Factory is right next door, so if you have time, you can book a tour.

I absolutely loved this chain hotel. It's conveniently located very close to the station, though I'd recommend using navigation for the most straightforward route. Upon exiting the station, the easiest way is to head up to the second floor, walk a short distance, cross the street, and then take the stairs down. The room was a good size, and the layout was very practical.

Free soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed one night in the main building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. Our package included both buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. At check-in, guests are asked to select their preferred dining times. Since the restaurant can get quite busy, I recommend choosing the earliest slot for a more relaxed experience. The onsen facilities were decent and provided a chance to unwind. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Located in the Sendai Station shopping street, it's about a 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station West Exit. Check-in is on the second floor, which requires using stairs. The room was clean and the space was adequate. As an eco-friendly hotel, they don't clean rooms every three days. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the famous shopping street of Sendai is just a 10-minute walk away.

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze. If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel. The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.

Stay for 2 nights, the hotel is about 600m from station. Like the city as not so crowded. The hotel is just ok/average. The hotel staffs are kind that allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel since we arrived early.

I was a bit worried because the price was so low, but it turned out to be a great hotel with good access and it was clean for the price. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
