The first impression, the exterior, was plain. From the time you enter the lobby when you check in, you go into your room. It turned into "wow" The room was clean and remodeled, so it was really nice. The view was also very nice. It was nice to have a nice walking trail too

Compared to the year, it is clean The staff are friendly and the location is not bad (personal preference) I stayed in Building A, so I didn't explore the other buildings. Inconvenient thing limited to Building A It was inconvenient because there was only one exit and one elevator. If there are other exit lights, additional guidance may be needed. If there really isn't... ..improvement… is this going to be

I was surprised by how old the inside was. Feels like 30 years old. There seems to be news of remodeling, but the price will go up a lot I stayed cheap this time.

I recommend a family trip! The walking trail is impressive. The response of the staff is kind! In the summer season, a swimming pool I want to use it~~!!! Due to remodeling of facilities (karaoke room, sauna) It's a pity I couldn't use it~^^;

직원분들 친절하고 방 넓고 침구 깨끗. 침대 매트리스도 편안함. 3인가족 여행으로 하루 잘 쉬고 왔네요.애슐리 뷔페도 맛있답니다 .다음 여행에도 꼭 다시 가고 싶네요.

위치도 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 특히 애슐리가 좋아요. 애슐리 직원들이 친절해요. 그리고 수영장 짱 멋져요.강추강추짱

매년 방문합니다만 올해 직원들의 서비스가 많이 좋아졌습니다.부모님들 편안한 여행 되셔서 만족합니다. 다만 몇가지 아쉬운점은 c동 엘리베이터쪽 시설물쓰여진 곳에 해수사우나가 리뉴얼예정으로 표기되어 이용을 못했는데 퇴실할때 확인하니 운영중이였더군요.표기가 수정되지 않아 이용을 못한점이 아쉽습니다. 그리고 보통3박연박시에는 2박째 청소서비스가 제공되는 걸로 타호텔이나 리조트을 이용해왔는데 켄싱턴은 4박일때 서비스가 제공되는점도 아쉬웠습니다.
