Benikea Hotel Seosan Reviews

The hotel is new and very aesthetic. This is the second time that i stayed in this hotel and i am always satisfied. My favorite part is the sauna which is located at basement 1, it is big enough and very relaxing. They have a huge parking space. Food is also good. The staff were also approachable. The room is spacious. Overall experience, beyond satisfactory. I shall book again in this place next time.

The hotel was spotless, clean and peaceful. I went there for Christmas and I didn’t regret because there were decorations and it was Christmas friendly. The staff was amazing and there were no delays even in room service. I would definitely go there again

The room facilities are quite old. They certainly don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, and the bottled water is in the refrigerator—I had no idea. 🤷 The pillows are incredibly high, and the curtains are awful, leaking light. The room's window faces east, so light leaks right in in the morning. The air conditioning is either hot or cold. The bathroom has a slight odor—I'm not sure if it's from the detergent. The towels and bath towels are relatively old. The staff speak English and provide excellent service, and the breakfast is quite good. The business area is located in the lobby on the first floor, which is quite nice. It's located next to the mountain and quite quiet. You can walk barefoot on the nearby hills, which is a pleasant experience. There aren't many restaurants open outside at noon in Saishan City, so I mostly ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was quite good, with steaks costing around 200 yuan each, and you can get a 10% discount if you're staying at the hotel.

I made a reservation at Benikea Hotel for my business trip to Seosan. Parking lot and room conditions were all good. In particular, the lobby space was large and I felt a sense of openness. This is a good hotel for business purposes.

I travel a lot and often stay at local hotels. The worst hotel of the worst! When I entered the room, there was the same food in the refrigerator that other people had eaten. I changed rooms and went to another room. As soon as you open the door, you see other people’s shopping bags and water bottles. I understood it once, but I didn't understand it the second time. I was so angry that 40 minutes had passed since I checked in. They offer free breakfast and free lodging. I'm not a beggar, I just got a breakfast ticket because I felt like I was wasting my time. Let’s end on a good note I entered the room I changed for the third time and it smelled like cigarettes. When I lifted the bed blanket, a strand of hair was lifted, and another strand of hair was lifted. I was just tired and didn't want to change anything, so I just slept. In Seosan, it's not the right place, it's not the right place. At least it seemed like a good hotel, so I came here. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's the last day of my trip to Asan and Seosan, and I'm in a really bad mood. I will never visit Seosan again, thanks to this hotel.

Clean rooms, cool first floor lobby, and friendly staff. It was a day where everyone was satisfied.

I think it was clean and nice for a local hotel.

서울 왠만한 5성급보다 룸 컨디션 좋아요~ 직원분 모두 친절하시고. 앗. 3층 디너 추천드립니다. 식사후 엘리베이터 앞에서 마주친 알바생인지 모르겠지만 반갑게 배웅인사 해주셔서 마지막 까지 기분좋게 즐기고 올수있었어요~ 식사후 산책후 13층 스카이라운지에서 마신 맥주도 잊지못할것 같아요~ 제일 중요한 사우나 깨끗하고 세신하시는 이모님 실력자분이니 노곤한 여행의 피로감은 사우나에서 풀기를 추천드립니다~ 저희는 가격대비 만족도가 높아서 한달에 한번 가기로 했답니다~^^♡

완전 만족스러워요~ 깨끗하고 룸서비스 시켰는데 이것저것 요청했는데 다 준비해서 가져다 주셨어요~ 서산갈때 또 갈껍니다

기대가 없어서인지 생각보다 괜찮았음 아파트 뷰라 좀 그랬고. 조식 석식. 사우나 좋았으면 침구도 깨끗했음

서산 방문 시 매번 들리는 호텔입니다. 근처에 대형마트와 인기 있는 음식점이 있어 좋습니다. 여름에는 망고빙수도 유명합니다.

안면도 태안 여행할 때 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 거리는 좀 있지만 근방에 있는 호텔 중 최선일 거라 생각하고 예약했는데 역시나 시설과 서비스 모두 우수했습니다. 다음에 또 묵을 예정입니다.

장점 1. 시설물이 다양합니다. 2. 조식과 기타 음식들이 훌륭합니다. : 한국에서 다녀본 호텔중에 제일 가성비 좋고 맛있습니다. 단점 1. 객실 내 물 외의 음식물은 먹고 난 후의 비용을 퇴실 시 청구해야 합니다. 2. 각 시설물 이용비용과 시간을 먼저 숙지하시지 않으면 이용 못하고 비용 내야하는게 많습니다.
