It was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Nice common area. Cleanliness in room is okay. Unfortunately i lost my stored food in common fridge despite being properly labelled. Overall, I had an okay stay.

The staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great! The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient. One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

Everything was fine, only there is no detailed paper map of Seville, where I lived. Once I got lost and wandered around the streets for 2.5 hours

The service was very good and everything was explained clearly during checkin. There are two buildings, not connected but right next door. There are activities to participate in every day, and traveling alone is also fun!

The room was clean. I stayed in a mixed room and the two men who stayed with me were very quiet. However, there is an extra charge for luggage storage.
