This apartment block is run by Numa. Everything is done remotely on the App or via WhatsApp or phone which is super convenient. The PIN code to access the building didn’t work on arrival but the response from Numa was fast and reliable. The test of a company is when things don’t go to plan and they passed with flying colours. The location is superb and that’s what you’re paying a bit extra for. Less than a 10 minute walk to Plaza de España and the Cathedral, which is appreciated in the heat of Seville. The air con worked well and is essential in July. The roof terrace with plunge pool and luggage lockers was great. No access to a toilet after check out is a bit of a shame. The apartment was clean and spacious but if we’d have wanted to cook a meal, the kitchen had only very basic equipment. There is plenty of room for more pans, bowls and things like salad bowls etc. Snacks and water on arrival was a nice touch. Overall I rated this 5 as there is no option for 4.5 and I thought 4 was unfair. A few minor improvements such as more toilet paper, a tea towel, more glasses in the apartment would make this absolutely perfect. I would book via Numa again.

We had a three bedroom apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Rooftop pool topped it all off on a warm Seville summers day. Will definitely stay again late these apartments in this beautiful city.

We are a family of five who stayed in this apartment last weekend. We have absolutely no complaints. It was bright, spacious, air conditioned and well equipped. Bathroom toiletries were divine- high end and not single use plastics. We had an en-suite and the children had a bathroom to themselves. Location is excellent and the access to the building meant we were not minding or carrying keys but all five of us could enter and leave as we wished. The fridge had water, beer and orange juice as a welcome pack and the coffee machine had ample pods supplied. They thoughtfully supplied detergent capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Breakfast was delivered to the door and was delicious. Choose the sweet option for a gorgeous, warm cinnamon bun and chocolate chip cookie. The place is spotless too.

Lovely traditional building in the centre of town, fully refurbished and spotless clean. Excellent communication in advance of, and during stay. Easy check in and check out process. Would definitely use again.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. EXCELLENT LOCATION. ELEVATOR ISSUES WERE SOLVED IN 2 DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO HAVE SOME SHOWER MATTS TO AVOID ACCIDENTS SINCE THE SHOWERS WERE SO SLIPPERY. WE HAVE AN EXCELLENT TIME.
