The hotel is in a great location, a quiet yet bustling place. The breakfast is very rich with elegant tableware, the rooms are clean, and the waiters are very polite. The hotel is close to the Line 12 subway station, which is only a 3-minute walk away. There is also a large shopping mall Le Bon Marche nearby, which has many famous Paris brands. Ladies can go on a shopping spree!

The hotel was nicely decorated, the bathroom was very clean, the service at the desk and especially at breakfast was great, very friendly and attentive staff!

This hotel is clean with a friendly staff who take care of all your needs--from arranging transportation to ensuring you have water in your room. They took care of all our needs. Also, the breakfasts were perfect for us, and we'll miss the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The good and the bad
The good, location, clean, premium room size ok for Paris, breakfast excellent, front desk excellent.
The points for improvement; WiFi did not work or very slow, no cover space, bath/shower splats water all over the sink, every time persons go up/down stairs the noice is very loud.
For Paris a good hotel could still improve and be a great hotel.

The staff was very very helpful and very kind. The breakfast was amazing! We had connecting rooms so our 18 year old could have some privacy. Excellent location, very quiet. Very thankful for a wonderful stay!

Location was good. There are lots of restaurants, cafe and convenience store.
But the room was very small, and I have to leave the room key with staff. That was kinda of throw me out.
Also, There was no second lock on the main door. It doesn’t make me feel safe.
The hair drier was same area with safety box which I couldn’t find it bathroom so I had wet hairs.
I stayed on 4th floor. And I guess 5th floor is for hotel cleaning crews. It’s ok to do laundry before 9PM. But after 9PM… I heard this machine sounds pretty much until midnight.
I don’t think I would like to go back.
