Location - 5-8 mins' walk from Exit 1 of Jing An Temple Station. Straight down from Paramount, next to 1788 Square. Tall, green building. Easy to find. Room - Studio apt converted accommodation (similar to Airbnb). Comes with a small kitchen, big room, proper fridge, washing machine and microwave. What I like about the room is the full length/height windows that make the room looks bright and lively. The spacious area is also very useful for my packing at the end of my trip. Service - Top notch. The landlady, Jing-Jie (Big Sister Jing), David, and the rest of the team makes you feel more like a friend rather than a mere customer. Though they speak limited English, they will do their best to understand you using their translation machine, or by some bilingual guests / friends whom they might be hosting at the office when you arrive. Feel free to ask them about where to eat, visit or play. They are like a walking encyclopedia and happy to share these info with you! They own quite a number of units in the building with different sizes and styles. The room I got is the more local setup unit. The locals prefers flatter pillows and harder beds. So if you prefer higher pillows and/or softer beds, can try to request for additional pillows or quilt covers beneath your blankets in advance. It is advisable to contact them via wechat in advanced if you are arriving very late or early so they can prepare for your arrival. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit the city. It's a home away from home! Xia-ya-nong!

The location of the accommodation was excellent and very convenient. First of all, the host was extremely kind. If there was any problem or anything we needed, it was taken care of immediately. Although it’s not a five-star hotel, the host provides service with the passion of one. The air conditioner, washing machine, microwave, basic utensils like chopsticks and plates were all provided, which made things very convenient. Hot water also worked perfectly. If you need to come to Shanghai for a business trip, this is truly a great choice.

Reception: Perfect Service: Best, the landlady was very accommodating and considerate. Since my flight was scheduled for the evening today she let me stay a little longer and check out a little later. Highly recommend this place, neighborhood is great and location is prime 👍🏾

The room is the same as shown on the app, modern and clean. Staff is very helpfull, and in fact there is a small lobby at floor 9. Someone will waot for you if you arrive late. I did arrived around 10pm.

The room is even warmer and cleaner than in the photos. The floor is so clean that you can walk in barefoot. The proprietress is so enthusiastic. I have never seen such an enthusiastic proprietress. The service is so thoughtful. The location is very convenient. You can also see Jing'an Temple from the room. For this price, this location, and this room, the cost performance is really great. I highly recommend it and will stay here again!
