We were touched by their kindness during a one-day stay at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel. The family of the three friends who traveled together also received free fruit. The room was spacious and clean. I was especially moved by Grace Song's kindness.

Excellent location. Especially impressed with the fitness centre. I didn’t get to check out the pool this time but it’s definitely on the to do list next time I’m in town.

This is the 3rd stay of ours since June when we actually did stay twice. Being impressed therefrom, we decided to stay again in this impressive hotel this time. Location is excellent and so are the services in general. All staff are friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends to stay in this good hotel whenever they have a chance to go to Shanghai.

It was an overall pleasant experience staying here. The check in and check out process was quick. The location was very convenient. The shower was great and comes with a bath tub, hot water was consistent. Maybe just the heater wasn't, I think this is a common thing around Shanghai where they don't realli provide heating. And oh ya, they didn't realli tell me which floor the breakfast was at, but it was a minor thing. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Good location of the hotel with it very near the nanjing road with loads of malls around the hotel. Many food option to choose from and some even open till late at night. Hotel was cleaned and smoke free room and overall was comfortable. However, during our stay the pool was under annual reno which was kinda a bump

Hotel location is perfect, walking distance to nanjing road and many great restaurants around. Easy to different areas of Shanghai as well. Room wise, large and nice, love that there is a bath tub so children loves it. Service is great well as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended!

Excellent location and friendly service by the staff. Near to metro and many places of interest. There is a MacDonald and grocery store just below the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread is great and the gym is huge. A very warm experience staying at the hotel.

I was surprised with the services and attitude of the people. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Smiling faces all the day and I felt so warm~ MOST IMPORTANT , the LOCATION is so so so NICE！ 南京步行街 is just 3 minutes walk away. all the famous shopping mall and stores like M&M, KINISO, POP MART are all not more than 15 minutes walk away. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is around 5 minutes away as well.

Location - superb, v close to Nanjing Rd. Can get alot of food. Nearby malls, PopMart too. Room - clean, comfy beds.

The services provided by the hotel was very good, especially services provided by customer service cora is very nice. She prepared some fruits and snacks as welcome gift for us! There were many choices for the breakfast and taste delicious!

Ellie, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Gave us a room upgrade with a view of the oriental pearl tower. The hotel is very accessible and within walking distance to a few attractions. Very clean and comfortable stay throughout my 5 nights here. Would return to this hotel for my next trip to Shanghai.
