The view is amazing, stuff every polite and helpful, the cookies are amazing I want to comeback in the hotel only for the cookies The room is a little old and the bed very too hard for me The bathroom is pretty but the shower not convenient very hard to use The swimming pool is good with a jacuzzi but water a little cold

Good Location and Service, but the Hotel Shows Its Age This five-star hotel offers a very convenient location- just a short walk to the subway and close to the city’s commercial district - making it ideal for travelers who value accessibility. The service is another highlight. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Hank at the concierge desk, whose friendly and efficient assistance with everything from luggage to local recommendations made a real difference. Unfortunately, the hotel’s age is starting to show. My room had a noticeable musty smell, likely due to old carpeting or ventilation issues. Opening the windows didn’t help much. The bathroom was quite outdated, with a cramped shower and poor drainage that led to standing water. Other signs of wear included worn furniture, a jammed curtain track, and a loose bedside power outlet. Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options that didn’t change over my three-day stay. The hotel does offer full amenities, but many are clearly in need of an update. Overall: If convenience and attentive service are your main priorities, this hotel still has much to offer. But if you’re looking for modern comforts and a well-maintained environment, newer options nearby might be a better fit.

The hotel offers exceptional accommodations and services. The front desk receptionist（Heidi） demonstrated remarkable hospitality and attentiveness, making every effort to ensure our stay was impeccable. The guest room is notably spacious, immaculately maintained, and features a supremely comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the comprehensive facilities, including the swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and gourmet restaurant. The prime location provides convenient access to numerous local attractions and dining establishments. In conclusion, our experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this establishment to discerning travelers.

The hotel facilities are good but their service and attention to detail lacks a lot from what it's expected for the price range they charge. The room service took 1h to come, they didn't have non dairy products for people with alergens restrictions. Other than the attention to the small details the hotel is alright

Highly recommend this hotel as their service is super nice!! The poor thing is their location is not very near subway station and attractions so most of the time we will order car.

Location a bit far from shopping and restaurants . and subway . Only comfortable solution it’s the taxi service . Great service , a bit old furnitures rooms but comfortable . Nice breakfast offer .

Great hotel in Pudong. A little away from the most happening areas of Shanghai, but accessible nonetheless. Very spacious rooms, decent gym, and loved the cookies upon check-in, you could ask for more too. A little dated hotel, but well maintained, and well priced.

My partner loves everything about this hotel and I have to admit I always enjoy my stay here. I like this area of Pudong and some of my favorite restaurants are in this area. On a Friday and Saturday evening they have a seafood and barbecue buffet. It’s great value and the quality is excellent. I will be back again soon.

Generally not much can be rated on old interior where having extension of a kitchen (a room) that only has a fridge small and a kettle. Pretty inconvenient instead to access for making a cup of coffee. Whereas to access old wing means needed to walk at least 700m from check in desk if the room at mid span away the lift access. In short, back and forth from room to get a car ride is a tedious thing if with an infant without stroller.
