Facilities: Water leaks, which turns into a water curtain hole after taking a shower, spreading from the toilet to under the bed. The next morning it was still full of water, showing the leakage! First, I was put into a room that had serious glitches. Shortly after checking in, I discovered a water leak in the room, which not only affected my stay but also caused damage to my personal belongings. What's even more shocking is that when the service staff helped me report this issue to the hotel management, I got a very blunt response. Not only did management fail to proactively resolve the issue, they refused to provide me with any form of compensation for the damage caused by the leak. I have reason to suspect that this unfair treatment is motivated by racial discrimination. While I hope this speculation is wrong, the way the hotel management treated me and handled the situation makes me doubt it. Maybe they all deliberately left the faulty rooms to us... Boas comidades. O hotel se encontra a 7 minutos andando do centro o que é ótimo. Único ponto que chamaria atençao é que a suite era muito proxima a recepcao, porém nao foi um incomoso que atrapalhasse a viagem em nada.

The location is quite convenient, near the Center of Capri. Moreover, Giusy and Mario were absolutely friendly and helpful. Their advice helped us to have clear understanding of how to go each location in the island. Even the restaurant recommendations were amazing. Thanks for the accommodation and we will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

This was such an amazing hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful with everything. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved it and hope to come back. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the amazing stay. 💛

I truly cannot say enough good things about this villa. They are absolutely PHENOMENAL, so kind and thoughtful and accommodating. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience at a hotel ever in my life. It is soooo gorgeous too, walking distance to Capri Piazetta (or whatever it’s called) and walking distance as well down to the port. If you are a bit more athletic, even back up from the port! I can assure you, you will not regret staying here. I will be back every time I come to Capri!

Came to Capri as part of our honeymoon and came to stay at this hotel. Upon arriving, Luca greeted us with open arms and a refreshing drink. The hotel itself is very comfortable, centrally-located, and has all the proper amenities for a great stay. Highly commend Luca on providing an amazing service that has surpassed all our expectations. P.S. if you are planning to do a Blue Grotto excursion, please be aware that weather conditions change frequently throughout the day. Unfortunately, one downside was that the hotel failed to advise us on the cancelation that day, and we made a trip to Capri Harbour for no reason.

Me and my mom booked a night in Capri and the staff at the hotel did our stay absolutely wonderful! Nice breakfast, nice location, nice staff and also clean and beautiful bedrooms. Recommend it 10/10.

we had a wonderful stay in the best hotel in capri. We were delighted by the extreme kindness and friendliness of the staff. Additionally, the room was superb and so comfortable. The welcome and services were top notch whether upon our arrival, at breakfast time or upon departure. And what's more, the villa is very well located and offers an incredible view of the sea, an adorable garden and a beautiful swimming pool. we will come back.
