Our trip to Tongzhou Bay for a vacation unexpectedly coincided with a typhoon, completely ruining our plans for the seaside. We were pretty bummed out, but thankfully, choosing this hotel totally saved our entire trip! The hotel's facilities are top-notch and well-equipped. The lobby upon entering is spacious and bright with great natural light, giving off an overall grand and comfortable vibe. The front desk and room service staff were consistently warm, attentive, and very responsive to our needs. The attention to service details was impeccable. I have to commend the cleanliness of the room; it was spotless and completely odor-free. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for a truly relaxing rest. The biggest surprise was the 21st-floor infinity pool! With the strong winds by the sea keeping us indoors, we spent a whole afternoon just chilling by the pool. The water was clean, and the views were expansive. We had a blast without even leaving the hotel, making the trip absolutely worthwhile. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. Even bad weather couldn't spoil our good mood. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Tongzhou Bay. Highly recommend!
