The front desk of this hotel is the most dishonest I have encountered in so many years of staying in hotels. The experience is very bad. When I checked in, it was clearly stated that it was a 1.8-meter business king bed, but when I entered the room, I saw that it was a 1.5-meter bed. I asked the front desk, and the front desk insisted that it was a 1.8-meter business king room. Later, I went back to the room and lay down for a while, and clearly told the front desk that it was not a 1.8-meter room. At this time, the front desk was still stubborn and wanted to get me a ruler to measure. As a result, the front desk did not bring a ruler and directly told me that there was a problem with the system and that there was a mistake. The room type I was given was indeed a 1.5-meter room type. They wanted to change it to a 1.8-meter room type. This is not over yet. Because I extended my stay for one night, the front desk called me on the last day and asked me to change rooms. They said that my room had been booked by someone else. When I checked in, I checked with the front desk again and again whether I wanted to change rooms if I wanted to extend my stay. The front desk said no. Change. This hotel is across the street from the All Seasons. If I didn't take a good look before booking, I would not stay at Home Inn Series again in the future.

環境：來豐台這邊看電競比賽，這家如家賓館環境很好，開業不是很久，一樓有餐廳、露天草坪和躺椅、洗衣房、健身器材等等，房間的窗户很大，採光很舒服 衞生：乾淨整潔，房間還有綠植，很養眼 設施：設施齊全，但是周邊比較偏僻，沒有什麼商超 服務：熱情友好，服務周到

房間不大，東西不少，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，開着窗户，烙着大餅… 酒店交通便利很好找，有電梯，住客也不少，不遠處有便利店水果店小吃店都有購買方便，廣大朋友可以來體驗😎

酒店大廳有免費的茶水和咖啡，大堂面積很大，還有健身房和洗衣房。酒店後院可以免費停車，價格也很划算，性價比很高了！去山姆也很方便，以後還會選擇這裏！

酒店今年新裝修的，乾淨整潔，屋子寬敞明亮，外賣有機器人送到屋子裡，小朋友很喜歡，大廳還有咖啡、熱水，在那住了好幾天很舒服，有個可愛的女服務員（工牌寫的劉啟暢）態度非常好，價格也優惠，我對象説這是如家酒店裡住過最好的，下次價格優惠還會選擇這裏，真心點贊👍

前台服務貼心，主動為我們升級至寬敞些的房間，內部剛刷新，被褥嶄新潔凈，衞生狀況極佳，衹是缺少牙刷，想來應是清潔員疏忽未置，幸而環境靜謐，房間隔音效果出色，保證了良好的睡眠質量。

房間説得過去，浴室有頭髮，清理不乾淨。屋子説有空氣凈化器也沒有，床品很一般，是我住過同類型酒店裡麪很一般的床品了。 早餐更別提了，一言難盡，就算是首都，這價格也太差點意思了。
