When we entered the room we found cockroaches in the bathroom, a very small room with a dispenser of condoms and sex toys and a strong smell of cigarettes. The next day, we found mold in the shower and in the sink, rusty metals and the walls of the room are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING. We went to trip and they offered to talk to the Hotel so they would refund us the following nights and we could look for another option, which the hotel refused. Room service consists of taking out the trash and on the fifth day they changed our sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned every day. The staff is not friendly and they don't speak English.

I called the lady in advance and asked her to reserve an outside window for me. She helped me for free and gave me a room type. The room is large and clean. There are some snacks nearby.
