Welcoming and very helpful staff, especially Lily. Decent room hardware. Great location with awesome views.

The stay has been nothing short of fantastic. Just look at the million dollar view of Shanghai's night scape! The room came with a platter of complimentary tropical fruits, snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine. In addition, you can book in advance a photography session with free makeover, 4 complimentary photos and any additional ones you choose at an extra cost. The photographer is good at prompting how to pose and takes very good photos! The hotel's reception is also very friendly. I would like to commend this young male bespectacled guest service staff who went beyond his way to help me with my personal courier services issues that is unrelated to the hotel. It's little things like these that makes the stay more memorable.

Great location, very close to the metro station entrance, and The Bund and Yu Garden are both in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is superb- it is within walking distance to the Yuyuan Garden, The Shanghai Bund, and the subway station. The breakfast spread is good and the staffs at the reception were helpful

Lovely 5star hotel at a reasonable price. The room is huge,almost like a studio apartment. The hotel also provided free drinks and fruits from the room which is a pleasant surprise. Lynn the hotel receptionist provided excellent and seamless experience.

The hotel is located art a very pleasant and convenient location near The Bund promenade, a park and a metro station. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay on Shanghai. Mike at reception was very polite. 🙂

One of the best hotel I have ever been! Location is super convenient, hotel staff is helpful and nice (especially Lynn and her supervisor at the front desk), the service and arrangement of the hotel is great and the room is beautiful, clean and well design! Didn't want to leave SH becoz of staying at this hotel!

A very lovely stay with 5 stars service staff. Room was clean, toilet and shower room were well kept and always refilled with toilet amenities daily. During hot nights, the hotel also kept the aircon on to keep us cool. Location was 3 min walk from exit 7 of metro line 14. 5 min walk to yuyuan garden. 8-10 min walk to the bund/nanjing road. We stayed a total of 8 nights and halfway through our stay, our housekeeping lady must have noticed we drank alot of water during this dry weather and included additional 2 bottles of water for us. A nice and meticulous touch. We also had a parcel sent to our hotel which Wilson helped to retrieve and also helped with a late check out for us as our flight was not until 7pm. Appreciate the kind gesture! Room 1021 send our regards to the team at blossom house and also the lady who kept giving us additional bottles of drinks daily. Thank you!

Great location, spacious rooms, comfy with a nice oriental flair with some cool designs and ideal for a family. Check-in was laborious, on top of being very slow the staff managed to make a mistake, mixing up my booking with another customer’s booking for a very different type of room. The room I booked had a window was facing inside, the noise insulation with the floor above was very poor and the access to the rooms is done by only 2 elevators, which are always congested during the peak hours (basically all the time)… globally the hotel is not targeting a very international crowd.

Unexpectation hotel. Very good design .very good location and service. Room is perfect That was my first time and will be my first choice for next visit in Shanghai for sure.
