Shanghai Jing'an District 3-star Hotels

The hotel is very new and clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the elegant lightings and the bidet. With a 65” tv and 小度 AI service. The hotel is very centralised, near People’s Square and Nanjing East and West metro station. Love it. Btw Xiting and Waiting hotel are the same(merged)

This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Shanghai with the kids. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, offering a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The presence of many international guests is a testament to its quality and popularity. The facilities are practical and well-suited for relaxation, entertainment, or getting work done. Highly recommended! Its convenient location near Jing'an Temple and Jiuguang Department Store is a huge plus.

This was my second stay at the Railway Building, primarily chosen for its incredibly convenient location. You can reach even the furthest gate within the station from the front desk in under 10 minutes. The main drawback is its proximity to the railway line. At night, you absolutely need to draw the thick curtains to block out the searchlights, and even with double-glazed windows, train noises can't be completely eliminated. Therefore, it's best suited for heavy sleepers or those who aren't sensitive to white noise. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly accommodated my request for a high-floor room. The room itself has been refurbished since my last visit a year ago, now featuring bright strip lighting and equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and a fan. The pillows are very comfortable, similar in feel and design to those at Atour hotels. It’s an ideal choice for passengers on the go.

Overall is a good stay. But just a not comfortable point is when my first checked in and it was raining day. Then I asked for whether there are any drying place/method for umbrella. The other staff(not the one serving me) offered me to place at front desk. After that I confirmed with the staff who was serving me and she said yes. However, when I wanted to get back my umbrella and the staff who was serving me just now started to lecture me for not leaving it at front desk. I understood that the risk of losing umbrella since there might be different staffs worked at front desk but pls speak it nicely and dont make ur customer feel that it was their fault to place the umbrella at front desk since it was offered by your staff.

I’ve been to Shanghai many many times and I’ve stayed at more than 10 different hotels and that hotel is the best. Service is amazing, hotel stuff is super friendly and helpful, I had an issue with receiving my parcel and they helped me a lot. Regarding the room, it is very stylish, clean and there is a lot of space. I came to Shanghai to travel and explore the city, but I really wanted to stay in a room, because it was so great. As for the breakfast, it is served at the top floor with nice terrace. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean. It was conveniently located close to the hospital, which was perfect for my family's medical visit. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money for a downtown hotel. A big shout-out to the friendly lady at the front desk for her excellent service!

Close to the company, the overall experience is not bad. The environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and warm, there is no noisy sound, and I slept until dawn. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very friendly, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. There are many types of breakfast to choose from. Eat a hot breakfast before going to work. I will come again next time I go on a business trip🥳

I went to Shanghai with my friends and chose many hotels. Finally, I decided on this one. It was very cost-effective for us. There is a subway station and a train station nearby, which is very convenient for travel. I forgot my facial cleanser when I left, and the front desk helped me find it and sent it back. I generally feel quite comfortable with chain hotels, which is why I opted for Home Inn Business Travel. Upon my late check-in on the first night, the room I was assigned didn't quite meet my expectations. However, I was able to switch rooms the next day, and the new one was perfect – a good size, very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The hotel breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; although the dining area is small, it's well-equipped and offers a good variety. Overall, I'd say this was a satisfactory experience!
