Shanghai Putuo District 4-star Hotels

This is my first international trip from the United States so I was very nervous, but the hotel and especially the staff made me feel super comfortable. Having such welcoming and helpful staff as well as a super clean hotel to come home to after a busy day of exploring could not have made us happier here. The front desk will do absolutely everything to make your needs feel met. The shuttle options were also nice. I didn’t get any photos of the room but it was absolutely perfect, and the lobby and dining area were beautiful. They serve different things every morning included in your stay which is a great tasting and cost effective way to get your morning started. The location is really nice, close to the train station which is going to take you to tons of really cool places no more than an hour away. The drive to the major attractions within Shanghai is about 30 mins give or take.

Luxury experience, home away from home - an unforgettable hotel As a foreign tourist, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, and surrounded by abundant food and shopping places. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. What impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. Mathys and Eden were warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's Chinese and Western breakfast is also memorable. All in all, this experience made me feel very much at home, and I will choose this hotel again next time I come to China!

This hotel is always amazingly clean, great service and attention from the staff 24hrs. The location is so convenient, have shopping mall, restaurants, barbershop and even dance studios near by. Has laundry service also available all day/night. I book to stay here every time I’m in Shanghai, highly recommended !!

This is the most comfortable express hotel i have ever stayed. Im allergic and sensitive to dust and their room had so little dust, this is what i like the most. They upgraded my room to king size, thank you very much. The breakfast was ok, it would be better if you put ”no pork” sign. If you take metro it is on line 15, stop at North Meiling Road, get out on exit 5 turn left. Nothing much to see around it because it is in business area but there is T mall next to it if you are looking for something to eat.

The hotel is just at the Mrt line pink. If there's a rain you'll not get wet cause the walking way to hotel is inside the covered area surrounding by the restaurants and a supermarket named Hippo where you can find fresh seafood (alive).However, the correct exit of the metro isn't #2, but it is #3. Please do correct it on your website. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

The hotel is a little bit tired, but has the best location ever. Two metro stations are in about 500m. Some staff doesn't speak English but nevertheless we got the best ever possible help (for example, we had to go in an airport asap and we got taxi in 10 minutes). Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

The reception staff is accommodating,helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. It was a pleasant stay, will book again when in Shanghai.

The Orange Crystal Hotel is such a pleasant surprise! The guest rooms are simple and elegant, and the smart toilet, electric curtains and other facilities are very considerate. Lying on the cloud-like big bed can instantly relieve stress. The front desk service is warm and professional. The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly ground coffee is fragrant. The subway station is very close, which is very suitable for business travel and tourism. It must be recommended!

I love everything about this hotel, the service , the staff, but I will have to complain about the thermostat. It was so hot in the room. Even it is winter it wouldn’t let me turn on the air or regulate the heat. It’s one of those thermostats where you don’t really have control over it. I had to open the windows just to get some sleep. The temperature in the room was constantly reading 27 -28 degrees. I barely got any sleep. If the thermostat actually worked and you were allowed to monitor the temperature and the use it would be a 10/10. Now I barely got any sleep. I decided to not book the next night I
