It was a disappointing stay because the double bed room where I stayed was noisy. The room is placed near some machinery which gives permanent noise in the room. I had to permanently wear ear wax to feel comfortable. On top, the hotel had some work in process so it was a bit of a loud environment!
Nice staff. The room was small but with everything needed. The hostel is well located. Price was high, I guess that this was due to the May Holiday.
Breakfast is not included but can be purchased extra. It was plentiful. There is a nice bar with good music and a laundry place.
The room was big enough for me, and the king size bedsome was comfortable. The staff was very friendly with me. We used Translators to understand each other and it worked. I was even able to to my laundry and dry the clothes. Two areas of improvement: clean a bit your AirCon but it has a weird smell and improve the wifi speed.
Thank you for your kindness. The location was only 10 min away from my favorite spots by bike: former French concession, Tianzifang, Xintiandi.
It was also only a 10-15 min ride with taxi to bars like Fukadeli.
The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The air conditioning was cool and adjustable. I stayed for a total of 6 nights. Although the hotel staff couldn’t speak English, they were kind and tried their best to communicate. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day.
The bathroom was automatic, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. But everything else exceeded my expectations. Complimentary drinks like water, cola, and Sprite were unlimited. Popcorn, tea, and coffee were also provided for free.
The hotel is small, with only 3 floors. There’s a projector, but it only displays content in Chinese, so I couldn’t understand it. The hotel is actually closer to Middle Huaihai Road Station than West Nanjing Station—both are within a relaxed walking distance, just about one traffic light away. Both stations are located in very walkable areas, with lots of cute shops and a calm vibe, unlike the busy pedestrian zone around East Nanjing Road.
The area around the hotel becomes a nightlife spot in the evening, so there are lots of people around and it doesn’t feel deserted.

Good location close to shopping street. Small room, automatic toilet but no washlet, the room is not soundproof, the floor in front of the room is carpet, if you are sensitive to smells, you won't like it. You can smell cigarette smoke even though you book a non-smoking room. There is no refrigerator but there are 2 bottles of water per day. The condition of the room's ceiling and floor looks like it hasn't been finished. Be careful when taking a shower because the floor is very slippery. From the airport, if you come to the hotel by car, you will have to drag your luggage in because the car can't drop you off in front of the hotel. But the location is really great.
The hotel was very neat, comfortable and very close to the sub way station,
The protocol for lodging was very simple for me as foreigner and I really felt relaxed while lodged in the hotel.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a cheap good hotel in Shanghai.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the best, because it is near Nanjing Road, easy to travel by subway.
There are many local restaurants, shopping malls and coffee shops in the hotel area.
The room has no windows, but it is not stuffy, suitable for one-two person. In addition, it is clean and beautifully decorated. There is a housekeeper cleaning every day.
You can sleep comfortably, even though there is some noise from the corridor.
The staff is very welcoming and provides impressive service. Even though they can only speak a little English, it is not a problem for me.
Next time I go to Shanghai, I will definitely consider staying here.

Pros - Provides freshly grounded coffee and biscuits at the ground floor. Superb!Rooms are made everyday and super clean. The toiletries provided smells great, esp the white tea hand wash. A good breakfast place was provided nearby and a little bit of walk would bring you to several convenience stalls or even a veggie market.
Cons - the bath design somehow makes the entire floor at the WC wet. No hand towels was provided, and only 1 portion was given for the toiletries, ie, one bottle of moisturister. The corridors has numerous ramps which can be dangerous if you are not careful. The lift area still has remants of renovation and raw wood plywood board as walls. The staff weren't attentive when we wanted to check out, they just continued doing their own things until we called out to them that we are checking out. There is no proper ramp for luggage at the entrance, the existing one is steep and almost not usable. Next door is a freight/courier processing plant, so forget about have a safe passageway with your luggage and you will end up walking along the road most of the time. Construction site is happening next door, so a few years from now the roads are going to be dustry, and noisy.
Stayed for two days in a row. The room was very clean. It was next to the elevator. Unexpectedly, the sound insulation was very good. The service was also very good. The hotel has its own washing machine, dryer and iron. It was very convenient to wash clothes several times.

The location is superb, very near to the Bund and can get to the Bund by foot or by bicycle. Also very near to the train station within walking distance! There are food available at the immediate vicinity. They also have free washing machines and dryer, although it could be crowded. Very good stay although there is a dripping tap in our shower that was dripping throughout our stay, seems like the housekeeping crew didn’t notice even though it was dripping quite loudly.
But also lastly, there is no sushi (food) in this hotel🤣

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, the overall feeling is good, and the price/performance ratio is also OK. I chose this hotel when traveling to Shanghai. The overall room facilities and equipment are OK, and the room is clean. There are buses and subways around, and it is also close to the city center and the hospital. The room is well ventilated, the towels and bath towels are clean, and the bed sheets and quilt covers are also flat. Overall, it is good. The hotel responds very quickly. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk, and the front desk will answer them patiently. It is worth recommending and will stay here next time. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. in the room. The front desk also upgraded the large bed I booked, and also gave me a late check-out. I am still very grateful! So it is still worth recommending to travelers.
AAnonymous UserNice hotel, near metro (Lujiabang ext1). The room is clean but outside the room(walk way) there’s smoking smells and people talking a bit loud. The staff are nice, can speak english a bit
Ppops choGood location nearby Nanning Road walkway and Metro Station.
Room is clean and match with 1-2 traveler as Friends or Solo traveler, Rest room is well suitable.
No Air Condition supply In winter. By the way, I request small fan support from staffs.
No Breakfast service but there are good locations to find local food all days.
GgilwGood location and clean. Have a family room (1 full size and 1 single bed) is a big plus for families. But the service is slow. Taking more than 20 min. to check in. And it cannot allow the refund when we changed the mind for not eating the breakfast there. Overall it is nice hotel but the elevator is kind of weird setup.

MMenfanbaoTo tell the truth, I usually rarely comment on whether I buy things or stay in a hotel, because I am lazy, but I live in this private hot spring hotel. I feel good from the heart! The first time I walked into this hotel, I felt very comfortable. I felt that I came to Japan and I was very authentic Japanese style. The room facilities are well laid out. It feels very high-grade, the floor is clean, and the toilet is not stained. The hotel also provides Japanese breakfast, as well as a bar, you can find this price, and this standard hotel is really worth the money.

GGuest UserThe most comfortable hotel I stayed in when I was on a business trip in Shanghai. It is very close to the company. I saw the photos online and thought it was okay, so I booked it.
It felt very good to stay here. The hotel is like a villa or a garden. There is a large yard where you can park your car. It is also very well isolated from the noise of the road and it is quite quiet;
The room is very spacious. I like the washbasin very much. It is particularly bright and spacious. The toilet can be heated by itself, which is more comfortable when it is cold;
I recommend you to try the breakfast. It is a very warm and stylish restaurant with rich dishes and very comfortable to eat!
Overall, I am quite satisfied and will stay there again next time I go on a business trip!
AAnam A.Hotel was very central. Right opposite Peoples’ Park EXIT NO 8. The staff was good.
This is a old hitel so the interiors are slightly worn iut. They gave us a room towards the back, which we dis not like. It was slightly difficult for my father as it had to be navigated by stairs after getting off the elevator.
Breakfast was surprisingly good for a chinese brand of hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a business trip.
SShi WeiFor non mainland mandarin speakers, start the in room system AI command with ”xiao du xiao du” and then ask your question in mandarin.
The tech smart features were well appreciated. Robot to deliver food, smart toilet bowl and strong water pressure. Water took awhile to get heated but I heard it was because it was in winter.
Plenty of food options in the nearby mall and along the street!
