The service attitude at the front desk is super good, and the young lady is also very beautiful. Parking downstairs is very convenient, and the self-service laundry room is also very clean. Having stayed in so many hotels, this one can really be ranked in the top three in terms of service! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone has a sincere smile and responds quickly when there is a need, which makes people feel particularly at ease. The layout of the room is very reasonable, and the space is fully utilized, without any sense of crampedness. And the sound insulation effect is excellent. It is very quiet at night and I slept comfortably. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the bus stop is a few steps away. Pick-up from the entrance of Wangxian Valley Scenic Area to the B&B: We couldn't get a taxi after playing at night, so they came to pick us up.
The breakfast was delicious. The noodles were topped with lots of vegetables. I was so full, and it was free. This homestay is very cost-effective!

Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and clean. Outside the room is the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery, rest and bask in the sun. ②Although the bathroom is small, it is clean and odor-free. The hot water for bathing is good and the floor drain flows smoothly. ③The owner and his family are warm and thoughtful. The accommodation includes breakfast, which is delicious. You can also order food at the homestay for lunch and dinner. ④The store provides one-time pick-up or drop-off at Wuyuan High-speed Railway Station, which is a very convenient and practical service. ⑤The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful environment, located by a small river, with beautiful mountains and waters. The homestay is right next to the Wunuzhou Scenic Area, and it is very convenient to walk back and forth to the scenic area.

The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with simplicity in a way that feels both luxurious and welcoming. One of the highlights was the shower with underfloor heating, making it incredibly cozy, especially after a long day of travel. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain a pristine environment. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the projector in the room was a wonderful touch, allowing us to unwind with some entertainment before bed.
Our host was truly outstanding. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Although we had to decline his offer to take us hiking the following morning as we needed some rest before heading out to Wangxiangu, we were deeply touched by his generosity. He even assisted my sister in finding a place to eat when she arrived alone and kindly picked us up from Wangxiangu in the evening.
Overall, Yaxinju Modern Simplicity, with its beautiful design and top-notch amenities, combined with such a caring and thoughtful host, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wangxiangu!

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

It is antique, with carved beams and painted buildings, and has the flavor of ancient Huizhou. Secondly, the room is also very new, very clean, and the air conditioning is sufficient. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, with a dedicated The lady who cooked wontons; finally, the service of the lady at the front desk was great. She was wearing a cheongsam and looked very gentle like a Jiangnan woman. The whole service with a smile made me feel the warmth of home. GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest.
The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️)
There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby.
The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it.
One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

SSupholIt’s very convenience to get into the hotel. The hotel offers free pick up from the tourist center. Staff can’t communicate in English but, no problem for using the Google translate. No deposit required. The hotel ask all guests to add WeChat for communicate while staying at the hotel. Our room quite large but, lots of dust all over the floor as there was a big construction behind our room. The hotel continued to built the new phases. There are lots of steps and quite a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room. The advantage for staying here, the hotel guest can enjoy taking photos before and after all the tourists gone. Variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Check in and check out quite quick and easy. The room rate is higher than the outside valley for triple but more convenience. Not much privacy as the hotel was one part of the valley, all the tourists can walk around the hotel too.
