The room has a wall-mounted clothes rack, but it is not a traditional closed wardrobe, which we apologize for. This room type does not have a mini-fridge, and the facilities page did not indicate its availability. We apologize for not mentioning this in the room description, which led to your expectations. Regarding the issue of water not being wiped clean on the bathroom countertop, this was due to our inadequate cleaning quality inspection. We have retrained the cleaning team and strengthened the inspection of bathroom details to prevent recurrence. In the future, we will optimize the room description, clearly stating that it has an open clothes rack and noting that the room does not have a refrigerator, reducing information discrepancies.
