Hotel is nice and bed is comfortable. Walking distance to Xiao gong Yuan and has quite a lot of things to eat nearby. To add them on WeChat to communicate the check-in details and password. However need to climb up 2 flight of staircase. The rooms are located either on level 1 or 2. The hotel is consider within a residential area. The hotel main door is also passcode lock so is quite safe, just that there is no staff at front desk, everything thru WeChat communication with the staff. For the price and location and comfort, will highly recommend. Photos are the same as real life.

The location of the hotel is also excellent. 100 meters away is the food street, 300 meters away is the Shantou Hotel check-in point, and 500 meters away is Zhongshan Park. For a hotel B&B near the small park, 780 is a bit expensive. It's average, not a good experience.

This was a good hotel to stay at for a few nights. It is really close to Shantou's Little Park (xiao gong yuan) and there are multiple bus stops nearby that you can use to get to other places such as the MixC or the scenic area across the river. The laundry room was a great help for us since we had been traveling for a while. The washers and dryers are industrial grade so they work very well, if it is needed you can put your laundry into one of the bags provided, attach a tag, and the staff will help you take care of your laundry. They have an underground parking garage should it be needed. There are lots of food places around, but breakfast is provided at the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good with a small assortment of foods to choose from. The escalator is broken, but the elevator works fine. The stairs in the lobby only go up to the second level, but the elevator can be used instead. My room had a smell to it and it was very unfortunate, but once I sprayed some perfume into the air it was masked. There was no smell in our other room or in the room we stayed at the last time at this hotel.
