Turn left, and within 200 meters, you'll find MixC City/Suning Plaza, offering air-conditioned relief and a full-on shopping spree. Transportation is incredibly convenient. It's about a 45-minute drive from the airport, and a ride-hailing trip costs about the price of a bubble tea! The thoughtful details are truly heartwarming. There's wireless charging right by the bed, so no more worrying about a dead phone battery while scrolling before sleep. The mini-bar drinks are complimentary and restocked daily. The bathroom in our Jumu King Room was exceptionally spacious, and the shower pressure was so strong it felt like a massage. Robot delivery brings items like toothbrushes or mineral water swiftly within 5 minutes. The laundry staff proactively helped dry and fold our clothes, then delivered them back. And if you return late, there's warm porridge to comfort your stomach (complimentary plain porridge and preserved vegetables after 9:30 PM!). While not luxurious, it creates a comforting sanctuary through its meticulous details. After four days of averaging over 20,000 steps, Atour's beds were our daily salvation for recharging and reviving. This trifecta of location, service, and sleep quality was enough to elevate our Shantou trip from 'good' to 'unforgettable'! If I return to Shantou, this will still be my top choice. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it feels like a second home in Shantou.

I have to commend the amenities on the second floor – the self-service laundry and gym are an absolute godsend for travelers! The laundry machines were clean and efficient, leaving clothes fluffy and soft after drying – a huge plus for guests staying more than a couple of nights. While the adjacent gym isn't huge, it's well-equipped with essentials like treadmills and dumbbells, perfect for unwinding and de-stressing after a busy day. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions and quick to assist. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shantou.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. It takes no more than 10-15 minutes to walk to all the attractions in the historical district. It is also very convenient to eat various specialties. You can take a taxi and it will stop directly at the door. The hotel service is very good, and they are all very warm and thoughtful. The room is also very clean and well-equipped. It feels very comfortable to come back from a day's walk and make a pot of Kung Fu tea by yourself. Sometimes when you stand at the window facing the street and look down, you will see someone taking pictures of the hotel building, as if you are living in someone else's scenery.

The hotel was great! We received a room upgrade, and it was spotlessly clean. The location was lovely, right next to a small park, which was very convenient. The service was excellent. Breakfast was a bit simple; some congee would have made it perfect!
