iu Hotel(Shanwei City Government) Reviews

We've stayed at this hotel a few times and the hotel staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The check-in service is quick and smooth. We've booked 3 rooms this time as we were traveling with friends. The air-conditioner in one of the booked rooms didn't work properly and the room had a strong cigarette smell. The other 2 rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We'd definitely stay at the IU hotel again. 

Need to walk alot in order to get around but lot of eatery nearby

The hotel is quite new. Rooms are clean and spacious. Renovation is modern. Really enjoy the stay here and will definitely visit again when back to the city.

I came during the Spring Festival. The hotel is located very close to Erma Street. The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk lady provided good service. I booked a business room, which was quite spacious.

The guy at the counter was very good. He knew we were foreigners and didn't have a Chinese mobile phone number, so he arranged for an auntie to help us connect to the hotel wifi. The hotel is also close to Ermalu Road

The hotel is located on Tonggang Road, surrounded by many delicious restaurants and is very lively. It is a little far from Ermalu Road, but there is a bus to the high-speed rail station at the door. It is better for hotels to use disposable face towels, but hygiene work needs to be improved.

Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available and well maintained, making it a very cost-effective hotel choice. Hygiene: Generally speaking, there was nothing wrong with the hygiene, and there was no discomfort after sleeping. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, with coffee shops, old restaurants, supermarkets and markets. It may be a bit far from the most popular Ermalu in Shanwei, but everything else is quite good. Service: The front desk staff is very responsive and very good

The price is affordable, it is safe to swipe your card to go upstairs, the decoration is also quite new. There are local night snack stalls nearby, there are a lot of various foods, it is very convenient, there is also a HSBC bank nearby

There is no hygiene at all. The whole room is so dirty. There is dirty mold on the walls and small black spots on the headboard of the bed. Every corner was dirty, not even the surface was done. The soundproofing is very poor. I don't know if it was because it was Saturday and we booked a room online a few days in advance at a cheap price, but they gave us such a bad room. Really not recommended.

The suite we stayed in was for three people, with two rooms. One of the rooms had a door, and the other had a curtain, so men and women could live together. The only downside was that the TV couldn't cast the screen, but everything else was pretty good. Remember to go to Lao Gao to drink juice, not just cups

The room is very clean, the customer service and security are very friendly, it is very close to Ermalu, and it is relatively quiet at night. It would be better if the drainage pipes of the air conditioner outdoor unit could be connected uniformly and there was no constant dripping sound.

The twin room we stayed in was very big and the air conditioning was very powerful. Except for the poor sound insulation, everything else was good.

Super bad If you want a good night's rest, avoid this hotel! There is absolutely no soundproofing, and you can hear everything in the corridor clearly. It was impossible to sleep at 1 or 2 in the morning with children running around and making noise. The corridor was very noisy in the morning and I didn't get a good night's rest. There is a laundry room next to the room, and I could hear the sound of the washing machine drum even when I was sleeping! ! Also, the room was not the same as the one I booked! The towels also smelled! Summary: If you want to have a good rest, don't book this hotel! ! ! ! ! !
