Good location, next to the Keqiao old town, clean. Good breakfast. Maybe due to raining, 2am a big bright light was on, could not be turned off, 4am tv turned on automatically. The system designing issue?

Pleasant stay. Everything was satisfactory. English-speaking representative at the front desk. The location was optimal, near tourist attractions. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The room was small but clean and well furnished. Service was helpful and friendly. The TV has no language options and only allows casting from Chinese apps. The “gym” is inadequate, and there’s no restaurant in the hotel, and there are no activities for kids, but the lobby has delicious fresh black tea and coffee 24/7. The location is an easy 3-5 minute walk from Keqiao old town, but the hotel is tucked into an awkward alley and surrounded by run-down textile warehouses.
