My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners. The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.

Lovely place that I would return to - we have been to Egypt before and had issues with the food options not here though - there was always a good selection of English and Turkish food lots of show cooking omelettes fried eggs pancakes waffles chicken fish kebab meat lamb beef along with breads cakes salads sushi ice cream at every meal. The beach was always very busy however the pool had sun loungers free whatever time of day we went. Drinks were included (some cocktails) and whisky, rum, gin, vodka and all soft drinks that were served from bottles. Do not drink the water at all! They offer a towel service where u can get a fresh towel in exchange for a towel card that they give u when u check in we had fresh towels daily. Little golf buggies drive round the hotel all day and night taking I to anywhere you wanted within the hotel grounds as it got very hot in the day All in all a great holiday and I would return thank you

I spent a very pleasant week at Oonas Dive Club from 8 to 15 October 2023. I have been there many times before. Three dives a day are available from the splendid Club boat, which glories in the name of OBI WAN. The boat's captain and crew are superb; the dive guides highly professional and unfailingly helpful. One leaves the very well managed Dive Centre by minibus at about 8am, returning around 5pm. Luncheon is available on the boat, and very good it is too! Oonas provides accommodation, food and drink of a good standard at the Club, with the staff being friendly and efficient. One's fellow divers are an eclectic bunch who make for interesting company. While most are from the United Kingdom, other nationalities add flavour to the mix. Age and experience range widely and everyone gets on commendably well. My only slightly negative comment concerns the noise of outdoor entertainment from about 9pm to midnight, provided by an entirely separate establishment about 200 metres away. But I am an ancient diver who is a light sleeper and goes to bed early. Younger folk may well enjoy such excitements and, of course, item three of the dive/eat/sleep routine on the boat can compensate for any deficit. In short, if you want shore-based day-boat diving in Egypt, you cannot get better than wonderful Oonas!

Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa The hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from Sharm airport, and we pre-booked the taxi with the hotel by e-mail a week before our arrival at a cost of US $25, chargeable to our hotel check-out bill. The taxi driver was standing outside the airport building entrance with our name on a sign. For our return to the airport, we paid at the taxi office desk, which is just inside the hotel entrance next to the cash machines. We paid with an English £20 note. The cash machine nearest to the taxi desk gives out small bills which was handy for tips. We were given a room overlooking the pool, but the pool music was so loud in the room that we went back to the reception and asked for a quieter room. We were given a room overlooking Nama Bay which was peaceful most of the time. The room was of a nice size and had a free mini bar, tea, coffee, milk pods, kettle, bottles of water everyday were given every day, and a range of toiletries was in the bathroom. There was bathrobes and slippers in the room. The air con worked well and was quiet on the low-speed setting. The spacious bathroom had a bath with a shower at one end. The TV had a few English movie channels and English news channels. The safe was so small that our laptop would not fit inside. The food in the main restaurant, La Terazza, was nice and there was always something we enjoyed eating. The house wine was enjoyable, but strangely they do not have diet lemonade anywhere in the hotel. The set menu for all-inclusive guests in the Corallo Rosso restaurant was very nice, so much so we eat there many times, it was like eating out in a high-class restaurant. La Scogliera cliff top Asian restaurant was a nice place to be in the evening, it overlooks the sea. We also tried their Romantic Dinner which was enjoyable. It is located at a separate place to the main eating area, and the staff made the area look very special with red flower petals, candles burning, soft music, and dim lighting. The Beach Bar was a nice place to take lunch. There is entertainment during the evening which was nice as it gives somewhere to go in the evening and have a drink while watching something. One day we took a 15-minute walk to Nama Bay going through the very quiet shopping centre. Opposite the shopping centre entrance on the other side of the road, is a very helpful pharmacy. The hotel main pool has loud music blaring out all day, but they do stop during lunchtime. Luckily there are quiet beach areas where you can get away from the very loud 18-30 club music. Do not be caught out with the beach towel workings. When picking up a towel at the beach you hand over a towel card which was issued at the time of checking into the hotel. The towel must be handed back in at the end of the day and a towel card taken back. If when checking out, you do not hand back the issued towel cards, you are charged US $20 for each card not returned. The assistant Food and Beverage Manager, H

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

Excellent resort, close to Sharm El Sheik airport, it is about 30 minutes from the old town, the Safari and the marina where trips to Ras Mohammad depart.
The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country.
We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious.
The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners.
The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them).
The maid service was excellent all week.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

GGuest UserIt is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik
GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable
CCHAO1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day.
2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish.
3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style.
4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant.
5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.
GGuest UserI will write about my experience at this hotel. What I didn't like (-) and what I liked (+) from my point of view. Let's start with the minuses: - the biggest minus is the food, you can choose from many dishes but at the end you realize that you have nothing to eat. The food was not tasty at all, very disappointed. If you arrive around 8-9am for breakfast, many are already dry (bread, crepes, croissants, cereal). The cakes a lot of food coloring and jelly. They change the jelly and the name, but they all have the same taste. 2-3 cakes were more okay, otherwise you will be guaranteed full of them. You will quickly get tired of food! International means a lot Russia, Egypt, few from France and sometimes bacon or apple crumble uk. Too bad they had good stuff to cook, but unfortunately they don't know how to cook them like browns, crap, crab. I had carp one day very very fried, practically you couldn't eat any more of it. (I advise you to bring a Head Chef with more experience and taste in food) I'm not picky about food, but the only thing I want in a 5-star hotel is that the food has taste!! - The pool closes at 5pm and you are allowed to swim in the sea until 6pm. If I had known this, I clearly would not have chosen this hotel! When it's nicer in the evening and the water is great, you're not allowed anymore! If you have some experience and you will arrive later, you will clearly not enjoy the sea! - the sunbeds at the pool are always occupied by those who have a room nearby. They put on their towel at 6 in the morning and go to breakfast/lunch. Until the pool closes, you won't find any free sunbeds. - I don't recommend the cocktails on the beach, the ones by the pool are better, and the ones on the terrace have a lot of alcohol (depends on preferences). The cocktails are served in blue plastic glasses, so don't think that you will have colorful cocktails with an umbrella :)) it won't happen! - a lot of tip, at least $200, euros, pounds just for the tip at the hotel. Everyone expects and makes you feel uncomfortable when you feel that this is all they want from you. If you give them you will be treated differently, be sure! - a la carte restaurants: you have 2 free visits. The first time I made a booking the day before and the next one tried on Wednesday evening for Friday didn't work. I explained this to the reception, but the receptionist very calmly said that they are fully booked and why i didnt made earlier. About how long ago? Before I get to the hotel? Very upset from this point of view that I didn't manage to have dinner at Toscana!! Thank you for your help Mr. Receptionist! - if you speak Russian, you will feel at home, if not, everyone will speak Russian to you and will repeat every day that you do not speak this language! ( 80% of visitors are russians ) - at this hotel you will find around 75-80% people over 40 years old - very rarely music on the beach. Music only when doing aqua gym, otherwise luckily you can hear it from other be
KkorayThe hotel was built with beautiful authentic North African architecture style, with trees all around. Both pool area and the beach was nice. There's enough choice for food and you can find that suit your taste. The staff are kind and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only thing that needs to be improves is the wi-fi.
GGuest UserArrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.
GGuest UserFor Italians, Domina feels like feeling at home, beautiful views, staff always available. The only flaw is the repetitive, but quality food. Advise
An average hotel if you are on a budget. We were a family of 4 with two boys aged 9 and 14. The surroundings are lovely with lovely gardens and tropical plants , an authentic small hotel. The outside dining area was nice looking but way too hot to eat outside for us, so roasting. The inside dining is very basic with ok food for an all inclusive resort, its not going to be Gordon Ramsey style for the price paid so this was to be expected for us , ok food. The staff here are all friendly and didn't have any issues with staff except on one occasion where the bar staff just seemed to ignore our son waiting at the bar and decided to serve a rude Russian bloke barging past , so my husband had words and he then apologised. The main bar, pool bar and restaurant all seem to suffer from a severe lack of glasses, so much so that staff are constantly taking them from you the minute you finish one drink, to wash and replenish. The result of this is a constant stream of hot glasses to either fill your drink with, or that are handed to you by the staff. Not the worst issue in the world however a little annoying. After sunset, the *only* place to get a drink is an upstairs bar located in the lobby which is about 15 feet wide and with staff not in a hurry. Beer is served by the small glass so ordering two beers at once becomes standard practise - again not the end of the world but frustrating as the wait for another can take a while (see size of bar above). Evening entertainment is, by British standards, not the best. If you are wanting a drink watching a singer / performer it is possible but restricted to around an hour (9-10pm) and restricted to about 10 tables. The main entertainment area is outside so frequent trips to the bar (c10 min round trip) is needed. Said outside entertainment is good, but the hotel needs to keep the pool bar open into the evening (quite why they don’t is beyond me). If you want a sunbed then get up at 5:45am !! Thats what I had to do everyday and even then there was only about 6 beds left as all had towels on. We found out that the people were tipping the pool staff to put their towels out for them which I think is really wrong ! The pool we were told would open at 8am but it wasn't , somedays 8:30am and other days 9am which was annoying. WIFI is terrible, only available in the lobby bar, so very frustrating Beach is not within walking distance as advertised on website, you have to get shuttle bus which run frequently for a 10 minute ride. We found this disappointing because we thought we could walk there within 5 minutes We felt that the lack of activities for our boys was a bit of an issue, the hotel would benefit from a free inside games room and other activities however we did know this when booking. The rooms were quiet and really dark so great for a good sleep. Aircon was really good in our room. The bed our eldest son had was put up when we arrived but was fallen apart at the feet so not the best at all , we were too
This hotel was simply stunning for me, my friend and three kids aged 7-9. What a beautiful setting . Hotel was kept to a high standard . The waterpark / pools were probably the best I have ever seen in my life. Rooms were very comfortable with a pool view . Food , I cannot complain about either , especially enjoyed the BBQ and Sharma . Drinks were on tap all over the hotel , many bars and ice cream spots. The main thing that made our holiday special was the staff. They were always attentive and always very polite. The best of the bunch were the pool staff , I made very good friends with them and they made sure me and my kids had an amazing time . I will never forget them and have made amazing memories with them . Thank you to all that helped us and made our stay simply fantastic !!!! Definitely going back again ... See you soon ❣️
