We have had many holidays in Sharm. All at 4-5* hotels which were amazing. We went with an open mind to this hotel as it was only half the price of the others and less than half the size. Our initial thoughts when entering the lobby bar was that we had made a mistake. It looked quite dated with uncomfortable seating. On entering our room, there was the same initial thought. Very dated and in need of a refurb. As the holiday went on, these thoughts became insignificant. We also found out the other half of the hotel has already been updated. We didn't change rooms. After a good airing, we were satisfied and the patio doors opened straight out onto the quiet pool, with a bar just a few metres away. A lovely view to wake up to. The food was good, although there wasn't a huge choice. We always found something to fill us up. The room cleaner was excellent. Always cleaned at a convenient time and leaving some lovely towel art. The bar and restaurant waitors were superb. Always with a big smile on their face. The pool waitors were very friendly and efficient. The animation team were absolutely amazing. The whole team work so hard and so well together, like a little family. Zezo, Eslam, Aliya, Imelda. Ina and another lady whose name I wasn’t sure of. They ensure all the guests get involved (if they wish) in the many activities on offer. For example, Stretching, Water Aerobics, French Boules, Zumba, Mini Olympics and beanbag throwing. They also took part in evening shows on the stage. Some professional acts also came in from outside. The hotel also provide free transport to 2 beaches with food and drink included and also free transfer to Naama Bay and Old Town. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
