The staff's service was impeccable – warm, courteous, and polite; truly faultless. We had some mobility challenges, and they went out of their way to assist us, which we deeply appreciated. I absolutely have to give them five stars. The location is superb, right in the city center near Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Plus, you'll have a fantastic array of delicious dining choices nearby. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, providing a very comfortable stay. I especially loved that they had my favorite memory foam pillows. The overall soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring we weren't disturbed by noise. Heading to the restaurant for breakfast with the kids in the morning was convenient due to its short distance. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, thoroughly enjoyed by both children and adults, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, all tasting delicious. We tried to book another stay, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available. We'll definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
