The room was fantastic, and Scarlett was wonderful. She upgraded my room, and the hotel facilities are new and beautiful. I'll definitely be back next time!

Had the dinner buffet. The food was above average, especially the flower crabs which were sweet, though a bit small and watery, almost like river crabs. Other ingredients were also pretty good. The price was reasonable. They also offered lobster, large dungeness crab, and oysters for every guest, which felt quite generous.

An absolutely wonderful trip, and the thoughtful and warm service provided by Sheraton added so much to the experience.

The hotel lobby was bright and spacious upon arrival. From the concierge to the front desk and even the room service staff, everyone was warm and greeted us proactively. Our room was very quiet with expansive city views from the window. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend for business travelers! The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and the service staff were attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, and the 22nd-floor gym even has washing machines and dryers. A great stay overall!

The hotel's laundry room design is excellent; you can even see the washing machine's usage status on your room TV. The gym is also fantastic, with clean and diverse equipment. You can work out on the top floor while watching the sunrise and sunset over the city.

A heartfelt thank you to Tina at the front desk and every colleague who showed us warmth and care throughout our stay: from the attentive reception by the professional ambassadors at the front desk, to the meticulous cleaning by the room attendants; from the enthusiastic breakfast service by the 19th-floor restaurant staff, to the friendly smiles of the bar colleagues who joined our family for a game of billiards; and also to the ever-smiling team members who greeted us warmly at the entrance. It is precisely because of your dedication and thoughtfulness that we felt the warmth of home and immense happiness during this special birthday weekend. The entire weekend was filled with laughter and touching moments, leaving us with many wonderful and unforgettable memories.

The room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by a little extra touch in the guest room. The upstairs buffet offers good value for money, and the hotel's service is also excellent. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

Had an excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Joy City and Uniwalk. The breakfast on the 19th floor was amazing, and the coffee at the lobby bar on the 1st floor was really nice.

Staying at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Not only is the location convenient, but the hotel's interior is brand new and grand, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is impeccably clean. The facilities are comprehensive, and the views are absolutely stunning. What deserves the most praise is the staff's service; everyone was polite and friendly. Felix at the front desk was a particular highlight, being warm and professional, helping us with check-in and recommending local dining spots with great care. This stay truly deserves a perfect score!

I arrived quite late at the hotel, but the front desk receptionist, Jovana, was still very welcoming and efficient with the check-in. When I entered the room, there was a lovely welcome setup, and the room was spotlessly clean, thanks to the cleaning staff. The subsequent daily cleanings were also excellent. Although some unpleasant incidents occurred during my stay, they were handled very promptly (Tina was still dealing with issues past 10 PM, which shows real dedication). I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

This hotel is located near the heart of Bao'an District, surrounded by a complete range of amenities. The environment is elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel's decor is luxurious, and the breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and delicious.

Seriously hit the jackpot! 😍 When I was checking in, the staff suddenly told me they were giving me a free upgrade to a suite, and my jaw just dropped! What kind of divine luck is this? I felt like I'd won the lottery, and my mood instantly became super beautiful 🥰. I rushed into the suite, and wow! The room was as huge as a palace; I felt like I could throw a party in there 🎉. And the cleanliness was impeccable; the floor was so shiny you could use it as a mirror. I almost wanted to roll around on the floor 🤣. The bed was so soft, like sinking into a pile of marshmallows; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. The bathroom was also spotless, no strange odors, and even the toilet was sparkling white, almost like a piece of art to admire 😜. And the hotel service was beyond words 👏. Every staff member was super enthusiastic, always with a bright smile on their face, warming me like a little sun. No matter what I needed, they were able to help me solve it immediately, with efficiency like superheroes. This stay was absolutely fantastic; I've totally fallen in love with this hotel 💕. Next time I'm here, I definitely have to stay here again! You guys should also come and try it; I guarantee you'll love it as much as I do 🥳!
