It was our fault that we were 8 minutes late. We are really sorry. When checking out, the front desk said that the deposit must be refunded in the same way between 4 and 6 pm. I said that guests should check out as quickly as possible and refund as quickly as possible, double standards of efficiency. I really don’t qualify to stay in this kind of hotel next time. Thanks
