They said they upgraded our room type, but we don't like to trouble others so we didn't change rooms. The room was quite dirty and dusty, especially the wash basin, but we could tolerate that. The balcony was not safe, as there was a corridor next to it and it was easy to step over it. Moreover, the balcony door could not be locked from the room! I felt very insecure the whole night, and there was a security chain clearly posted on the door saying "Please lock it". Where is the security chain? Besides, anyone can enter there, there is no security, and the lock on the door is broken! The bed was super hard and my waist hurt a lot. I couldn't sleep well the whole night. My waist hurt and I was worried 🙂

這家公寓很乾凈，裝修風格也挺温馨的，前台的服務態度也特別熱情，公寓的房間內設施設備也很齊全的，洗衣機、冰箱都有，主要是這家公寓性價也挺高的，價格挺划算的，地理位置也非常好，特別方便，樓下就是水貝賣黃金的地方，總之真的是一次很滿意的入住！我想下次來深圳，我還會選擇這家公寓的！

真是一家不錯的公寓，這家公寓的環境特別得好，是我喜歡的裝修風格，一進門就感覺非常的寬敞，明亮舒適，空氣清新，房間的設備也很齊全，有洗衣機，還有電磁爐，不過需要自帶儲蓄，洗機是帶烘乾的，特別的方便，不需要晾衣服了，前台的服務也非常好，衞生打掃得很乾凈，強烈推薦
