The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The nearest station(Yuehaimen station) is just 5 minutes away. Front-line staff member Mr. William provided excellent services. He upgraded our room to a room with a terrace and offered free breakfast during our stay. We will recommend this place and return when we visit Shenzhen again.

As a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies. One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

Comfortable bed. Close to MTR station and Shenzhen Bay. But it is in business area and no mall nerby

Bravo experience. The hotel location is perfect, it’s close to big shopping malls and public transports. The room is clean and tidy. Special thanks to the staff William. He is so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when I go to ShenZhen.

Room was clean and the welcome fruits were appreciated, proximity to Gaoxin South metro station was also good. However, the housekeeping losing a sock of mine in laundry service left a bad taste on the overall experience!

Excellent stay at UrCove thanks to the dedicated service and follow-up from their manager Katrina. She handled everything from booking, to check-in, stay follow-up etc. Looking forward to my next stay in and hopefully will be able to enjoy the room a bit longer. UrCove by Hyatt is in the middle of the Nanshan Hi-Tech Park so a lot of offices and lack of residential facilities but still some good spot for restaurants/malls close by and covey convenient/central to navigate in Shenzhen.
