The counter service lady is friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room still needs improvement. I booked for 4 people but only received 3 towels, and this issue was not resolved even after I provided feedback. Additionally, the bed was dusty and had hair on it. We all ended up getting bitten by mites..lol I believe we can find a better apartment at this price point

There was also a ball of paper next to the toilet that had not been cleaned. The bathroom in the guest room is elevated, and it is very easy to trip when going to the toilet. This stay experience is really bad.
