I really loved it. The front desk recognized me as a returning customer and upgraded my room. The room had two large, beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of both Shenzhen's skyscrapers and the city's older buildings. On Saturday morning, it started raining in Shenzhen, and sleeping in to the sound of the rain was truly a luxury. As for the location, it's very close to the central area; it takes about 15 minutes to walk to MixC World, which was convenient for meeting friends for dinner nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel was very clean and excellent, with fantastic and welcoming service. I'll definitely be back next time. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, highly recommended. My overall experience at Atour S Hotel Shenzhen High-Tech Park was fantastic! I had originally booked a Superior King Room, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even proactively upgraded my room for free during check-in, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the amenities like the mini-fridge, screen-casting TV, and yoga mat were all very practical – excellent attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room could be slightly better; I could occasionally hear some faint noises from outside late at night, but it didn't significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall, this was a minor issue that didn't detract from the experience. The hotel's excellent facilities and warm service were still very satisfying. It offers great value for money, was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it!

I came to Shenzhen for a stand-up comedy show and chose a hotel in the Nanshan district, close to the theater. I stumbled upon this place and was surprised to see it had only glowing reviews. Out of curiosity, I booked it, and my stay was fantastic! First off, it was immaculately clean, far exceeding my expectations. As someone with a bit of a cleanliness obsession, I usually re-clean hotel rooms myself, but here, there wasn't a speck of dirt. Secondly, the room layout was incredibly well-designed, even coming with a yoga mat and pillow. The light switches were also super convenient – unlike some hotels where you can never find the right one. Thirdly, the service was excellent. Every front desk staff member was warm and attentive. Because of my neck issues, I couldn't use the pillows provided in the room, so they graciously gave me a children's pillow from their display cabinet, which totally saved my sleep! I had initially booked for two nights, but my plans changed, and I wanted to extend my stay in the same room. The front desk staff patiently helped us navigate the booking on my phone and even found some discount coupons, saving us money. All in all, it was a truly memorable experience. I'll definitely choose an Atour hotel again next time.

This hotel has moved to a new building, so it's likely newly renovated. The style is upscale, and the TV is a Xiaomi smart TV that supports screen mirroring. You can watch regular channels, but there's no on-demand movie service. They have both above-ground and underground parking. The front desk service was excellent. They offer a complimentary late-night buffet, and on a weekday, they even upgraded my room. Plus, they provide a yoga mat!

The hotel's location is decent, though it's still a bit of a walk to the subway station. It's surrounded by CBD-style areas, with coffee shops and convenience stores nearby downstairs. MixC World is about a 1km walk away. The room itself is quite spacious and the internal facilities are good. However, the shower door doesn't close properly, causing some leakage. The toiletries are all Le Labo, but I'm not sure if it's the real deal as they were quite drying. The hotel staff provided excellent service. On the downside, the room is expensive, and breakfast is also pricey. Plus, if you book through a third party, you can't enjoy the complimentary breakfast usually offered to members.

It would be great to have another one next to the coffee table in the main room.
