Fabulous experience. Practical location with a stunning apartment’s view.

The room facilities are quite complete and can be used for cooking and laundry. The key is convenient transportation. The door is right at Buji Subway Station and Shenzhen East Railway Station. It is convenient to go anywhere. The boss is enthusiastic, the communication is smooth, the price is affordable, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The environment is very good. Will come again next time

The 6 a.m. train arrived in Shenzhen and I had to transfer to a 2 p.m. flight. It was inconvenient to carry my luggage and I didn’t have the energy to do anything after the long journey, so I simply rested near Buji Station for a morning to reorganize. I randomly picked the nearest hotel, which was in the building opposite the station. I didn't contact the landlord first, so I had to go around a lot to find it. Finally, I went to the underground parking lot entrance to go up to the 18th floor. It is recommended that you add the landlord's WeChat account first to obtain the route and access code, and then you can enter directly through the gate to avoid taking too many unnecessary steps. There are everything you need in the room including a projector, refrigerator, washing machine, toiletries, etc. The hygiene is average, the ventilation is not very good and there is a bit of a smell, and there is a lot of scale in the bathroom, but if you are not a germaphobe and detail-obsessed, it is still acceptable. Generally, hotels at this price will have a damp smell, and the price/performance ratio is already very high.

離地鐵口很近 交通方便 老闆態度好 衞生也乾淨😁

是那種私人承包出租的公寓，酒店前台和布草房都在其中一間房裡，入住靠微信溝通。辦理入住等了一個小時才説搞好衞生進房間。房間裏沒有提供瓶裝水，空調漏水，雖然在31樓，仍然有很大噪音。晚上12點多旁邊的房間密碼鎖壞了，修理了好久，吵得厲害。真的簡陋，200元一晚覺得不值這個價，唯一優點就是地理位置。

設施：其實還行，就是設備老化，洗衣機用起來特別慢且噪音大，還會移動，空調相應得挺慢的，浴室也沒有乾濕分離，但是個人不是非常在意這個 衞生：還行，算是整潔，就是床邊的小馬有點臟 環境：書桌靠牆的牆皮有點要掉的意思，洗手間的鏡子旁邊也有一點老化跡象，浴室門關閉之後的鏡子照了部分的床，對面牀頭櫃插座晚上亮藍光，因為這個，導致本人晚上失眠 服務：終於説到了我最期待的服務環節，一開始被接待得挺好其實算是開心的，但是來到退房時刻，好像有點不盡人意了：首先，我是第一天的13:50到達龍崗區，入住時間如果我沒記錯大概是兩點半，但是第二天在經歷了晚上失眠，早起四點多搶票回去，持續地失眠，終於睡着時，十一點半左右被一位房東敲門敲醒，房東敲了兩下門之後立刻就開門進來，當時剛剛醒來的我有點迷糊，被告知説下一任房客已經到達，我要馬上離開這裏，非常好的態度，原來剛來的好態度是這造成的，受教
