Review for Sheraton Shenzhen: 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely excellent stay at the Sheraton Shenzhen! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. Especially Windy and Antonio were really great and always at my service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept better than I have in months. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the high-quality amenities to the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious with something for every taste. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and service. The facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and the pool—clean, well-equipped, and a great way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, this was a perfect stay. I felt truly welcomed and pampered throughout. I highly recommend Sheraton Shenzhen to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff is really helpful and very kind. They do care about you during your stay. You can enjoy Sheraton Lounge for free which gives you another benefits of more private space, breakfast, evening snacks de facto another lunch. Pay attention that the gym and the indoor pool are closed due to renovation until 31 August 2025. However, you have a free access to the Panatta gym near by which is awesome.

Good service. Clean room. The bed is comfortable. Staff is attentive. Overall experience is brilliant. 😄
