Great hotel as expected from Grand Hyatt. Location is next to a high end mall with all the brands you need. Swimming pool is small but good for a slash. Restaurants are plenty and the food is great

Excellent hotel in great location. We loved the variety of outlets and would recommend to book Lounge access. Quiet breakfast and a good happy hour selection, the team is very attentive and smiling. The entire hotel has a great Grand Hyatt feel.
Especially liked the Cigar Lounge on top floor.

While the Grand Hyatt has potential with its spacious rooms and excellent location above the shopping mall, the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns significantly impacted my experience. The lack of proper housekeeping and the air conditioning problems are serious drawbacks.
